This place is overpriced for a taco truck, but DAMN it's good. The ambiance is that of a food truck buzzing with business. The ladies work together in perfect harmony. I love the birria, cabeza, cachete and asada tacos. They are all super authentic and hold up well even with a 15-minute ride home. They are served with pickled veggies, cilantro, onion, and radish. If you're looking for solid tacos, this is your place. Look no further.

I LOVE TACOS!!!!! Being originally from Phoenix, AZ has spoiled me forever when it comes to tacos. I'm always looking for the perfect taco to remind me of home while I'm away from home. The carne asada taco plate gave me the instant touch of nostalgia I needed to remind me of home. Marinated, well-seasoned, fresh ingredients, and a great corn tortilla make this place worth the 5 star rating! If you're ever in the Federal Way area be sure to stop by and give this taco truck a try!

This is regarding Taqueria 5 de Mayo at 26010 Pacific Hwy S, Kent, WA 98032, which I believe is what is pictured in some of the photos on this review. This is located on the corner of S 260th St. and Pac Highway in the parking lot of the Shell gas station. I've stopped here twice recently for a quick and easy dinner. The worker is friendly, the food is great, and it hits the spot. This is right across the street from El Rinconcito but is just as good, or better if you don't want to wait in Rinconcito's crazy drive-thru. My go to is the carnitas platter, my husband likes the steak or asada platter, and when I need something soothing on a rainy day, I like the birria soup. This is just a food truck in a gas station parking lot, so don't expect much in the way of atmosphere, but they do have a little greenhouse-looking hut with picnic tables if you wanted to sit there and eat. But I always take my meal home.

Absolutely LOVE this Taco Truck!! My wife and I stumbled upon this one night randomly wanting some street tacos. We been HOOKED ever since! They tacos are delicious!! They're open just about 7 days per week. We even went to get tacos in the snow a fee weeks back. They're customer service is great and they move quick. I've never waited longer than 10-12 mins for my food. This how become our weekly tacos Tuesday spot. Definitely recommend.

The best Quesabirria I've had nearby!! The perfect amount of meat and cheese the consome is a bit too salty but nonetheless very delicious!! It doesn't take long for them to have your food ready either which given it being a food truck they're already fast. Try this out if you're in the area you won't regret it!!

We had visited this food truck on a Friday evening, and there were a decent amount of orders ahead of us when we arrived. Many people were ordering to-go, so we did the same. There was also a covered seating area right next to the truck for those who want to eat there. My boyfriend and I ordered the asada fries (~$12) and the birria taco plate with the consume (~$17). We waited about 10 minutes for our food.Right away, we noticed how large of a portion the fries were, which we were excited about. The fries also had a good amount of add-ins, and this allowed to have lots of variety in texture. I appreciated how the fries were also still crispy, despite having lots of toppings on top. For the birria plate, they had included 3 tacos. They were decently filled with meat. We used the consume broth to dip our tacos in, and the combo had a full body of flavor! We could have definitely drank the broth by itself haha. Although the plate was good, the price was on the expensive side for just 3 tacos.

We often get tacos from here. It's okay tacos - just convenient for us. The prices have increased significantly and it's no longer worth mediocre food. The guacamole seemed like it was sitting there for a while. Tacos - it was just dry chicken meat + onions. To Quito were borderline burnt and the beans lacked flavor. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Like the other one in fed they serve so little birria like if you gonna finish it all literally all they give you is 3 grams of birria and so much cheese and of course 2 tortillas per quesabirria so you get full and dont complain about the birria serving. Come on do better and give more birria thats why I pay 15$

There are about 5 local trucks with the same name. I don't know if they are the same owners or if people are paying to use the name. I decided to try them on Cinco De Mayo based on reviews. I had a taco plate and ended up disappointed. The rice and beans didn't taste good, and the Carnitas Taco also had an odd taste. I'm finding that some people are not Mexican there are Honduran, Portuguese, Cuban and Latin. Sorry. Mexican food is rooted in Mexican and when you put a cultural twist on your recipe that isn't from Mexico, it just doesn't taste right. I don't know these people and I could be wrong, maybe the recipes just aren't good, but this was the worst truck I've ever tried, and I've tried plenty. The people could not have been nicer and the overall portion and price were great, but I didn't enjoy any of my food and ended up throwing it out
