Tangerine Thai

We ordered takeout last night and it was super good! We got the Penang curry with chicken and pad ki mao with pork with a side of rice. The curry was creamy and flavorful. The pad ki mao was peppery and crammed with veggies. The spice level was lower than expected but it's hard to gauge ahead of time how spicy each place's star system is ahead of time. The interior was really cool so I think next time, we'll have to dine in.

I walked in for take-out a little early. Food was already waiting for me. Host was very nice, should have got his name. Oh well. I'll be back. Also, food was great.

Looks like all the 1 star reviews are from years and years and years ago. I was hesitant at first because of the ratings but I've eaten here three times now and they have my favorite Pad Kee Mao that I've ever had.Clean restaurant, kind staff, good food.GOOD JERB!

Really great Thai comfort food. Portions are really generous and affordable! The interior of the restaurant is really nice and comfortable. Service was friendly, they had a couple high school kids hosting/serving. Highly recommend, I will be back!

First time going to Tangerine Thai. Delicious and beautiful Pad Thai. Staff are very friendly and service is prompt. Only drawback is finding street parking as there is no lot. It's definitely worth the effort though.

Tangerine Thai is our new favorite Thai place! Best pad Thai I've ever had, excellent fried rice (the beef was tender and not chewy) and the chicken skewers were tender and flavorful. The peanut sauce was the perfect balance of peanuts and coconut. We can't wait to try other items on the menu.

If you too had given up on this location, try it again. The former Thai restaurant moved out and I am excited to have a new place to get my pineapple fried rice with added cashews. Delicious, delightful, and excellent service. I'll be ordering here again soon.

I love this Thai Restaurant. We usually get the Thai soup and it is amazing. Love the new location in Ballard. The owners are great and very friendly. They know my order by heart.
