What a fantastic restaurant! My dad and I came here recently and as very picky, Indian food eaters, we were over the moon, enjoying the food here so much! The employees here are so nice and the customer service is really good. We ate inside and there was a young man who was always there when we needed something. The food? Delicious! We had the chicken tikka masala and butter, chicken with vegetable rice, and it was incredible! The spices they use are very authentic and the taste of it was so good. We just couldn't stop eating.I can't recommend tandoori guys enough , the portions are generous and the food is off the charts fantastic. It's the best Indian food I have had in San Diego. Can't wait to come back!!!

Totally YUMMY Tandoori Guys is now one of my favorite go-to eateries! I love that their dishes are on point when it comes to spice level. When we order take-out here we have to bear in mind that some of my staff are allergic to super spicy foods. For some of the other places in the area, "Mild" actually means "Mildly HOT" and that's left one of two people having to leave meetings and projects early and run to the restroom, clenching their butt cheeks along the way! They are spot on with both with their flavors and spice levels here and I love them for that. Their Masala Fries are so darn delicious and are an awesome alternative to asada fries. Tandoori Guy's Samosas are legendary because they're always piping hot, fresh, fragrant, flavorful and are a meal in themselves when paired with a side salad. Their Saag Paneer is perfectly flavored without being too salty and their Paneer Tikka Masala is so aromatic and delicious. The Naans here are light, chewy, savory, and perfect for dipping in the Paneer! Tandoori Guys truly remains the Naan to our Curry!

Was kind of underwhelmed this last time eating takeout here. Food last night was bland and mild, not "medium" spice level. We ordered Chicken Vindaloo so expecting a certain level of heat that just wasn't there. Veggie korma lacked flavor depth. Will probably go elsewhere next time since Indian is usually a treat and this didn't deliver. Service was fine, ambiance was average - probably wouldn't eat in as it felt more like a takeout place.

Had a subpar experience the first time we tried this place here. I thought it was just me when I thought I had one of the worst chicken tikka masala's I've ever eaten. The chicken just didn't seem fresh. But was assured that it was fresh. Didn't realize we had the option to order at table and pay after. Thought it was ok, didn't make a big deal and paid $4+ for a khulfi bar after and left - until my daughter said it didn't taste right and was covered in ice. I tasted it and thought it was off.. and finally saw that it expired September of last year. That sealed the deal on the quality of the food sold for me.

Guys I hyped myself up thinking the food would be amazing. Sadly, the paneer pakora and samosa taste like they came out of a frozen box and surprisingly so did the chutney. Maybe I need to try other items, will try it again. The chai was pretty good and so was the service. I recommend eating outside, the fans blow items off the table.

I cannot speak for the service as we got Togo food. I was very happy with the portions and the flavor of our food. We got a little bit of everything, vegetable curry, chicken tika masala, samosas, bread. We will add these guys to our takeout rotation.

I just feel so great and thankful today Thought to share with you I know it's a bit long, and not related with food but plz read this as this will show how beautiful hearted people are the owners of this business Last night, I was in a tough situation and didn't had any choices. I needed to send a Rakhi to my brother but since I was already late in planning, I thought I will order food from an Indian restaurant 'Tandoori guys' in San Diego with some sweets through GrubHub. But didn't know how to send Rakhi since I hadn't planned ahead. It was already late, and I was running out of options. Suddenly, an idea struck me: maybe the restaurant could help. I called them, explained my situation, and Sam directed to speak with a guy named Gary, whose real name is Nuvdeep Bhullar (owner).I explained to Nuvdeep that I wanted to order food to be delivered to my brother's house the next morning, and I asked him if there is any indian grocery next to him , and if he could grab 2 Rakhi's and put inside with food delivery and I will pay him for that. Nuvdeep was incredibly understanding and told me he would go out of his way to get the Rakhis from an Indian store that was far from his place. When I got to know that Indian store was far from him, I told him not to worry, but Despite the inconvenience, he agreed to help and reassured me that he would take care of everything. The next morning, I woke up to a message with a picture showing the Rakhis and sweets delivered to my brother's doorstep. Navdeep had gone above and beyond, driving to the store early in the morning, purchasing the Rakhis and sweets, and delivering them personally. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and deeply moved by his kindness. When I called to thank him and offer to pay for the items and his trouble, Nuvdeep refused to accept any money, insisting that it was a small gesture and he was happy to help. His selflessness and generosity left me speechless. Knowing that someone like Nuvdeep, who owns multiple restaurants and has a busy life, took the time to help a stranger in need, restored my faith in humanity. It was a powerful reminder that kindness still exists in the world, and I will forever be grateful for his help. God will always help you if you help someone
