Delicious seafood dishes. The food truck had something for everyone in our party--from the classic fish and chips to a salmon po' boy. Can't wait to return for more!

Had dinner at this food truck when it popped up at a local distillery. Captains Platter had a good selection of fish, shrimp, and crab cakes on top of fries, and we also got a generous serving of onion rings. Quick and friendly service too, I'd recommend if you see this truck in your neighborhood!

Stood me up for an event one day out. They have some things going on personally, which I understand, but to wait until the day before my event is a big issue. Left me scrambling. They did give me a name for an alternate truck, but I had others who were willing to do our event that I would have picked, had they just canceled on me two weeks ago when they knew things were going sideways. Unprofessional, even when a personal situation gets in the way.

The event was at a home in cougar mountain Issaquah WA and tandem catering came out of Snohomish WA. They did a wonderful job with the food! The salmon was literally caught the day before and cooked on a wood fire grill at the event. Everything was seasoned to perfection and had great flavors, from the salads to the main course. This married couple has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and catering business. If you want quality over speed and the razzle dazzle of a in person grill and prep, this is your caterer! Your party goers will thank you for it like ours did.

My husband and I got married at Sunset Knoll, the venue run by Tandem, in August. The venue was absolutely stunning! Lisa and Brad put in countless hours making the grounds look like a rustic, gorgeous fairytale. There were colorful flowers everywhere, lush grass, and string lights that illuminated our reception and dance floor. Brad is a master in the kitchen and our food was spectacular. This venue is a great size for a wedding or other event for ~100 people. It was exactly the type of venue we wanted for our special day!

Fish n' chips YUM! Prawns double YUM (and I don't even like shrimp)! Chowder...I want to buy this by the gallon! Even the tartar sauce impressed. Owners are extremely nice and friendly. I think I'm going to have to stalk Tandem and show up wherever they are!

Chicken strips, fries, and onion rings were amazing! Would definitely eat again. People running it were very sweet!

Food was delicious. WE enjoyed the food truck at food truck Friday in residential Redmond. The person who took our order was kind and effecient. The food was tasty with sauce and ketchup included. The clam chowder was outstanding. The bags has a cute "support local business" stickers present. A good reminder. We will return whenever they are back at food truck Friday.
