This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. I was immediately captivated by the art on the outside of the building, which gives it a unique charm. The vibe inside is all about family and friends--it has a welcoming, communal atmosphere. Every table is equipped with a spinning disk at the center, perfect for sharing food family-style. Unfortunately, since we got our food to-go, we didn't get to experience this, but I can imagine it would make for a fun dining experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed while ordering and waiting. For my meal, I chose the Yang Chow fried rice and egg rolls. Unfortunately, both dishes fell short in terms of flavor. The egg rolls were very small, resembling more of a spring roll, though they were fresh and crispy. Personally, I wouldn't order them again, but if you're a fan of spring rolls, you might enjoy them--just be sure to ask for extra dipping sauce to boost the flavor. The Yang Chow fried rice was fresh, served hot, and had shrimp and BBQ pork, which I thought were great additions. However, the rice still needed more flavor overall. I ended up adding chili oil and soy sauce, which really elevated the dish, bringing it close to perfection. But if you're not into spicy food, this might not be for you. I'd definitely order the rice again, but I'd hope they improve the seasoning so I wouldn't have to add sauce myself. In the end, while I truly loved the ambiance and atmosphere, a lot of the food could benefit from a little more seasoning to match the beautiful surroundings. With just a bit more flavor, this place could easily be a go-to spot for family-style dining.

It's honestly always a love-hate relationship. I live across the street so I go often. The food is generally good, but service is always inconsistent. Ordering out is something that we do often too, but the time they say for pick up is half of the times inaccurate. They say 20min, go over and 50min later it's still not ready. We always recognize that a restaurant can be busy, but it's also easy to tell us hey its gonna be an hour before us committing to a meal that they were going to delay significantly.

I came here for lunch on a Thursday (party of 3) and arrived at opening at 11AM. Our order was put in before any other people arrived but for some reason it took over 35 minutes to get all of our food. All of the items were ordered off of the Dim Sum menu but for some reason the other tables next to us who ordered a long time after us were receiving the same Dim Sum we ordered at least 15 minutes before us. We asked the waitress where our order was and she said it takes time to steam but everyone around us was getting the same items we ordered so this was not right. At this point the people who came in at least 10 to 15 minutes after us were leaving while we were still waiting for some of our food. We all ended up taking alot of the food home because it arrived so late. The servers here are horrible and act like they hate their job and are not friendly at all. Overall this location is horrible and that is why they are not as busy as the Hillsborough Ave location which is much better but not perfect. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place because the service and experience totally ruins the food. If the servers were friendly this could have gone a long way but since they were all miserable I left 1 star which they deserve. This is my last visit to this dump and will not give them a second chance.

Understood this was the newest Yummy house but so we decided to try. We sat down and it was so very noisy and looked like a cafeteria so we couldn't stay. We went to the original yummy house which was much better

Had to come here after hearing good things about the food. We opted for the Buddha's Delight and Salt & Pepper Calamari. The mixed vegetables were seasoned well and the calamari was done well. I would definitely order the calamari again if I come back. I was surprised to see a good amount cars parked and ready to head right before opening for a weekday. Would love to come back to try the other dishes as well!

We came here after my son dined earlier in the week with work friends. We arrived at 5:15 and were seated right away. Menu is extensive and many choices. We did feel slightly rushed by the server, but ordered anyway. Dishes do not come with rice. There is a $1 upcharge for a small bowl. The servers are not very outgoing, but are efficient. Food came out very fast, but only one plate at a time. There were 4 of us so it was awkward while each person had to wait to get their food. Timing was off. The fried rice was amazing! The hunan beef was great too, but lacked the spiciness that it should have had. The egg rolls and the orange chicken were underwhelming, hence the 1 star deduction from the review. As soon as the plates of food were delivered to our table, the check came. The portions are huge so we got to- go boxes. We felt rushed which was weird as there was no line of people waiting. I would go here for carry out but not to dine in.

Server was honest and nice. The food was just okay. Maybe cause not much of an Asian population there. Didn't digest very well for us. Egg drop soup $12. Not the usual one you get at Chinese restaurants. But it feeds atleast 2 ppl. So for the price quantity was good. Also the yummy chicken is basically orange chicken.

Great service, and really good food. Large portions too! I was wiht a group of 5, and they had us seated and served very quickly.I ordered the salt and pepper squid appetizer to start with as a share for the table. It was a hit.I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp for me and also an order of Garlic Snow Pea Tips. I love them!My dish was excellent with a huge amount of the glazed walnuts I love in this dish. Lots of delicious shrimp too.Shared the snow pea tips with the table, and they were gone in a flash, lol... except for a small amount I brought home for lunch the next day. Can't go wrong with Yummy House!
