SOOOO delicious and a good portion. Nice and clean place as well! I ordered the spicy chicken ramen and my sister ordered the Pho and Boba

While the price point of this establishment is commendable and the selection is abundant, the food quality leaves much to be desired. I have visited twice, once dining in and once ordering takeout, and both experiences were utterly disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and here's why:Firstly, the shrimp rolls' presentation seemed promising, meticulously wrapped in cellophane. However, upon unwrapping, they fell apart completely due to insufficient wrapping. It appeared that a single rice paper was used inadequately to wrap three shrimp rolls. Such an oversight in preparation is both absurd and unacceptable.Furthermore, serving burnt food is perplexing when a fresh order could easily be prepared. In my case, the chicken karaage was overcooked, yet no attempt was made to offer a discount or rectify the issue before serving this substandard dish.Lastly, the broth lacked flavor, giving the impression it had not been simmered sufficiently to develop a proper depth of taste. The overall experience felt like a mockery of culinary standards.

Came in for lunch. It's self service ordering. You place your order at the screens in the front and have a seat. When the food is ready they call the name that you put in when placing the order. The place is clean and spacious. Lots of seating options. It's located right next door to First Watch. Food is out quick! I ordered the sweet chili chicken rice bowl and we got an order of the gyoza to share. Gyoza was good, nice and crispy. The rice bowl was just ok. When ordering you don't have the option to remove ingredients, if I had the option I would've removed the lettuce and the carrots. I did manage to pick them out when the bowl arrived but such a waste of food. I also didn't realize that it would be as spicy as it was. The flavor was ok, nothing to rave about. It did taste a bit over fried though.

Modern take on a ramen house infused with some pop culture. When you walk in you'll immediately notice the tablets ypu order at and the walls covered in comics. Setup is well laid out but the flat wooden seats are not that comfortable for someone like me with back issues.I ended up ordering gyoza and a chicken teriyaki bowl. The ordering system is easy and I tuitive to use. Food came out quick, bit they resort to calling out names instead of using a table number tag system. The food was good, but it doesn't stand out fr9m things I could get close to home. The gyoza was crispy on the outside and cooked inside. The chicken teriyaki was the same, crispy on the outside and cooked well on the inside. The rice wasn't sticky and the sauce was pooled on the bottom. This wasn't a. Ig deal since Uou mox the bowl up. But the bowl I'd a bit small so it makes it difficult to mix.I want to come back again and try the ramen, but for bow rhey are just a-ok and a 3 star in my book. I will come back and try the ramen and update my review then!

Great food but don't come late. Although they close at 9, they won't let you eat in after 830. Not what I wanted after a stressful work day. First restaurant to experience that. Ever.

I've officially been in the Tampa Bay area for 7.5 months and have been craving a real bowl of ramen for the first time since moving here. So I went on the hunt for some nearby, but didn't want to make the trek all the way into Tampa, St Pete or Pinellas Park. Decided to venture over to Wooden Ladle on a whim. Unfortunately, it did not measure up and it was sort of lackluster. First, it felt like a food court. You place your order on a kiosk and someone brings it out to you. That's about all the human interaction you'll get. Could have been a robot and have no servers and wouldn't have known any different. Fountain drinks are also self served, as well as retrieving a to-go container. I wish I had known beforehand, I wouldn't have left a tip had I known it was basically all self service. The soup was bland and watered down. The noodles were just okay. And the eggs were not good! Mushy and wasn't really a braised egg. Yolk was mush and wasn't that bright yellow with the slightly sweet taste you would typically get at a good ramen joint. Gyoza was mehhh. Better the next day in an air fryer though. This place was more about a quick turn around rather than good quality. For me, this is one and done. I might come back if I happen to be in the area, but definitely wouldn't go out of my way for it. .

Ordered the Miso Spicy ramen bowl. You order yourself on an iPad and the machine asks if you want to tip.. Broth on this bowl was good, not super spicy at all. The noodles were a bit on the bland side. The soft boiled egg was the best part. Overall, food is fine but nothing special.

If you love Ramen this is the place to go! I can say enough about how delicious this place is. It's a small quaint, and artistic little place. You order and pay when you enter the establishment, and then sit down where the staff takes care of you from there. The portions are HUGE I doubt you'll leave hungry. My son ordered the Tsukemen Ramen which you can see is gigantic topped with crispy pork belly. I ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls and tried the Salmon Tartare Bowl for the first time and it did not disappoint. All ingredients were fresh and flavorful.

The Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen was amazing and the service was super fast! Not sure why they only have 3.5 stars. ‍

This is it! The place to enjoy fresh delicious dragon bowl z! I substituted my protein with salmon. It normally comes with tuna, I also asked for sauce on the side! This is the perfect poke bowl! The light heat of the spicy mayo, the buttery clean fresh cut of the salmon, rice cooked to perfection, the right texture, sticky and flavor wise just right! All the components of this poke bowl make you wanna sing! This place NEVER disappoints! Thank you wooden ladle staff and restaurant for this delightful experience and yummy food! The ambiance here is very chill, there is light music the staff does not hover and space for everyone to sit with out being side by side!
