WOW ok DIXIE you have just awoken the Hurricane COMIN AT YA!!So we heard the Winn Dixie and Publix can make you seafood boiled to go. Awesome right?! Except we forgot to look at one important detail THOSE stores only exist in ORLANDO Florida. I'm Wesley Chapel the Winn Dixie SUCKS and let me tell ya why!First of all TERRIBLE WORKERS!! Like lit GET THE STICKS OUT OF YOUR ASSES and learn how to TREAT PEOPLE!! You in a customer service place ya A holes! The way you spoke to my father WHOOW I wish I was there to give you a piece of my mind!So we ask around about a seafood boil and they act like they can't speak English. Like I'm sorry are we speaking Chinese or something?! Then the ones who CAN speak are RUDE AF! Ya don't want to put a FAKE smile on your face and DO YOUR JOB THEN GET LOST! YOU'RE IN PUBLIC SERVICE don't like it DON'T WORK IT!!Geez like as I get older people in this world lose more brain cells!! DO BETTER DICKIE!!

This grocery store is Great!! It is always clean, well stocked & all the employees are friendly & so helpful!! Every time I go there to shop they always have what I need!! Great sale prices also! The cashier Sammi checked my items out last time!! She greeted me with a big Smile & asked if I found everything I needed!! I Highly recommend this store!! I will be back!! Stop by yourself soon to check it out!!

This is the worst run business. It's a separate entity from Winn Dixie. But you can call. You can leave messages. And absolutely no one answers or calls you back! I've tried so many times and it's impossible.

Bought a Cajun shrimp in the SEAFOOD Dept At #WINN-DIXIE - I ate one of the shrimp on top and found a large (dead)fly underneath it. I was so disgusted by it. It made me puke!!! When I called the place to complain, the night time manager DENNIS told me to bring it in and he will refund the #HEALTHVIOLATION food that was sold to me. What cause me to share this on Yelp is the lack of care and sympathy offered by the manager and acted like it's sheer normalcy for the grocery store to have #INSECTINFOOD sold to people. First Big Big Thank you to your most perfect ELI. I came to your store with a dilemma. I could not find helium to buy and Publix was out as well as they do not blow up outside balloons brought in. Eli helped me blow up tie and get the 26 balloons filled for my baby shower that was two hours from starting. I can't tell you how impressed I was spending 20 to 30 minutes talking to this college graduate. He is an exceptional employee with a bright future. You are one lucky company to have on your hands such a phenomenal customer service person. Hopefully he stays with you guys for a long time to come. Again thank you for once again going above and beyond. Once again you guys have risen above that other competitor store down the road. Excellent customer service at a dire moment. Thank you ELI also thanks to your deli staff for getting ELI to help me with my balloons.

Winn-Dixie is growing on me. I use to think it was pricier than Publix, but their sales are great! They have a bigger seafood section, but a smaller butcher section that the local nearby Publix.They do not seem to have as much fruit as Publix, but that could depend on the time of year. Their deli and bakery section look pretty good.I like shopping here and they have my favorite sweet bread in the bakery. I may be shopping here more. We will see.It is also open on Easter. Publix was not, but I know they are usually open!

Went to the Winn Dixie and waited at the meat market as two employees sat there eating chocolate covered strawberries. After 15 minutes waiting BRIANNA came up to us saying that the meat market was closed. It was 7PM so we went and asked for a manager who then said the meat market was opened. This is exactly why I shop at Publix horrible service at this location. Winn Dixie should do better.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This is sad. I've been coming here for years. This is the third time that this had happened to me. Yesterday when I was trying to get waters and little snacks for my little ones because of the hurricane, I was racially profiled by an employee under the name WENDY. Lady that is short with blonde hair with bad attitude. I wanted to do two separate transactions, one under my credit card one under my debit card and I did my first transaction to pay for water first so seconds after when I got done paying for water, WENDY came by and asked for my receipt and I was confused? I have not yet started begin scanning for my other items because the machine was stillprocessing on to the new screen when you are about to scan again...so I gave her my receipt and then WENDY proceeded to asked if I was going pay for the rest of the items???? Now, WENDY was eyeing us in the beginning. It was me and my other coworker. And my coworker informed me of this. When other customers were checking out, she kept being close to our station for no reason. Because after she got done, helping assisting with another customer, she went straight to our station after I got done paying for the waters. She proceeded to put red stickers on top of my waters, as if they're security at the entrance and exit of Winn-Dixie like be serious. I did not see her put any red stickers on anybody else's waters, alcohol privileges, soda, juice, etc. this is getting out of hand Winn-Dixie. I am very highly disappointed of your hospitality. I am very disappointed on how I was treated personally there and there is no reason that you need high profile a person because they got done with the transaction in seconds and then ask for the receipt and proceeded to ask if I was continuing to pay for items that was still in my cart. I am very baffled of this situation. Winn-Dixie needs to do proper training on their employees. And I have been doing this for years. I have made multiple separate transactions before in the self check out lined and nobody has ever stopped to see my receipt as if I was stealing do better WENDY get proper training on customer service and when someone is stealing instead of wasting your time on people that actually pay for their stuff and someone could've been stealing right behind us. Learn when people are creating separate transactions instead of making assumptions.

I went to your website in the Wesley Chapel area to order online. It would not allow me to go in. I tried several times but their website kept on coming back me with an error message saying it was a "Bad Request." Then tried calling the store number but the canned reply kept on going on a loop and would not allow me to enter the department number (4 for Meat). Gave up after several tries. Just wasted so much time!
