Wing King

I've been wanting to get to this place for a few years now. And when I finally did I went about 3 days back to back because the wings are very good. The nuclear sauce is where it's at. That's the type of sauce I've been looking for here in Tampa. The atmosphere is good. Customer service is great.

Chicken livers cooked to hard and cooking grease not clean. Onion Rings was good. Chicken Philly I give it a 5/10. Want return again

I ordered the spicy honey bbq and the nuclear garlic wings. I read the reviews and ordered based off of those but I was very disappointed with the wings. The nuclear wings were not spicy at all. It had no flavor whatsoever. The best way to describe it is if you mixed a bunch of paprika powder with a bit of water to get a thick paste and poured it over the wings with some oil. I think Wingstop atomic had more of a kick to it than this even though those are not very spicy either. The spicy honey bbq was very water down. It is just a slight flavor of the honey bbq that you get.Even if the wings are not spicy, I would still expect it to have nice flavor but this did not have either spice or flavor.

Their wings are really tasty and a huge variety of flavors. It's best to order online to avoid waiting. Really convenient ordering process. The staff is very friendly and eating area has always been clean during eating on the patio.

For a place with strictly outside sitting area, it was refreshing. Anyone who can cook chicken gizzards without over cooking them is good in my book. For the budget, worth the visit - for the taste, worth the wait. I would say 3/4 thumbs up. Only negative, fix the wraparound driveway.

We were looking to have chicken wings near us and we searched around us and came through wing king of fletcher. It is a small shop which has different chicken wings in the menu. After browsing through the menu we decided to order the combo of 5 piece chicken Wings which included Spicy Lemon Pepper Chicken wings and nuclear garlic chicken wings. Along with the wings we got the cold drinks too. We got our order in 10-15 minutes. The combo included fries with the chicken wings. The fries were good and fresh. We loved both the chicken wings. Both of the wings were delicious tasty and freshly prepared. They were spicy too. We really loved the nuclear garlic chicken wings. Delicious wings.

A solid wing spot with quality food and good service.I order the five piece wings combo which comes with a drink and fries. They have a large variety of wing sauce flavors. The first one that drew my attention was the spicy garlic honey BBQ but I was advised against that flavor (by a Yelp review), so I went with the spicy honey BBQ. The sauce was nice and the wings came with a good amount (it was a thin sauce not very thick). The wings themselves were a good size in the skin had a nice crisp to it. The fries were crisp, well done and nicely seasoned; the type of fries that I would go back and just order without the wings (fries fanatic here!).I came on a holiday weekday, when I got in line there were two people in front of me but it still didn't take long for my order to come out. This establishment does not have a sit-down area, just an order window. The lady at the front counter was friendly informative and very helpful.If you're craving wings I would definitely recommend this spot. It's a local-owned business, if you go out and support them I promise you would be doing yourself more of a favor than them.

I think I've found my new favorite wing spot in Tampa. I've been searching for a good wing place in Tampa for awhile and I'm so happy I found this place. Good food with great prices and good customer service. I called ahead of time and the food was ready when I arrived 15min later. They where out of the Italian icee so I'll have to try that next time. If you like spice get the nuclear garlic. It was HOT but in a good way. I also had the honey garlic wings and fries and that was a more mild flavor if you can't tolerate the spice but they have like 30+ flavors to try so there's something for everyone.

I would shy away from the garlic and Parmesan flavors. The odor was overwhelming and the taste just wasn't great. I liked their honey bbq flavor better though.

I ordered from here for the first time last night. The wings were okay, cooked well and good sized. But the garlic butter lemon pepper sauce was so salty it was completely inedible. I'm glad I tasted it first because if I had poured it over the wings I would have had to throw them out. The chicken livers were burned and the gizzards were so tough I couldn't chew them. There are too many good wing restaurants around here that I won't be ordering from this one again.
