Wich Press Food Truck

Two cheese and beef empanadas and a Cuban sandwich. Both were pretty good! Flavor was there and the crispness of the empanadas were perfect!

Wich Press came out to my company today as part of Cinco de Mayo celebrations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Food was hot and fresh and FAST! On the menu today was the choice of one of the following:- Beef or Chicken Tacos: topped with cheese, lettuce, cilantro, and a side of salsa. I didn't get this as my meal, however my friend did and raved at how good it was! The chicken was shredded and smelled delicious. Loved how they even put a side of a slice of lime for her to squeeze on her taco.- Veggie Tacos: Red onion, zucchini, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and black beans topped with cilantro and side of salsa. I didn't have this as my meal, however my friend did and commented that the taste was great but the presentation not so much. It was smothered in the black beans and that's all you could basically taste -- it should have less beans and perhaps on the bottom rather than on top of the veggies.- Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla: 2 cheese blend with grilled chicken and bacon and drizzled with ranch dressing. This was my selection! Quesadilla....YES please, sign me up! This was VERY filling! The flavor was nice w/just the right amount of cheese and ranch. I sort of wish I had a side of the ranch sauce to allow me to dip the quesadilla in it. Great job on this one!Side included French fries, which were nice and crispy and fresh. Perfect amount of salt for flavor.

Serving a Cuban sandwich without salami in Tampa? Take that medianoche on the wrong bread back to Miami.

Post Hurricane Experience.Truck came to a 55+ community in Zephyrhills today.Catering was provided $$ wise by the Company who own & operate our development.The Cuban was excellent,fresh pressed to perfection. Plentiful crispy fries.The chicken quesadilla was also excellent. Generous portion of chicken & cheese was melted just right.You could also chose Buffalo Chicken quesadilla.It also came with a generous portion of fries & a soft drink.After losing all our food during Hurricane Milton,it was a real treat to have a wonderfully prepared.Friendly crew& excellent customer service.Have a function you need catered? So let me first start off by saying this truck comes to my nursing school. Where we are learning to. Save. Lives. You would think we would get a discount or something but NOOOOO they want to charge 14$ for a sliver of a sandwich and fries that could send you into cardiac arrest. I am very disappointed. I am going to include a photo and you guys can see for your self they put a SLIVER of meat on my "Cuban sandwich " than had the audacity to put 10 pounds of letter on it to hide the fact that the product they give isn't worth the price. And OH let me not forget it doesn't even come with a drink. Finally, customer service was just blah.

Wich Press was at our community yesterday in Southshore Falls, Apollo Beach. I have been supporting the community food truck night and will continue to do so but I will not order from Wich Press.The cuban sandwich bread was soggy and feel apart when I picked it up. The ham was tough and sloppy. The french fries were cold and soggy. This all leads me to believe that that fries and sandwich were prepared in advance and only half heated up when I got them.
