The jumbo garlic butter crabs we ordered from here yesterday were amazing. Can't beat the freshness, seasoning to tastes and we thought the price was reasonable as well. There are other items on the menu, that we would like to try next time when we are in the area. This is a takeout restaurant only, so there will be no place to sit and eat. This place also sells fresh seafood and ingredients to prepare for your meal at home. There was a line of people ahead of us waiting to pick up their foods but it did not take long for our food to come out. The market/restaurant is cleaned and well organized. The people that work here are kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Great selection of fresh seafood and fast friendly service. Order ahead to pick up or come in for counter service. This place is a local treasure.

Butter sauce is great but it's pricey now. Use to be cheaper. You have to call in the morning to see what they have for the day. I only order blue crabs. Get the jumbo's. So much work for little meat.

This is by far the best place in Tampa to buy fresh blue crab because they clean and cook them to your specifications. I've never received an old mushy crab here as other crab shops do. It's usually pretty busy when I come in, no one being grumpy or rude as it seems everyone knows that their food takes a while to prepare as it is made when ordered. Extra large crabs smothered in mildly spiced garlic sauce are my standard although I have tasted the shrimp and catfish at other times. All fantastic dishes one should try at least once.There's a CLOSED TEMPORARILY sign that's been their door for what I've noticed has been a couple of weeks. Not sure how long it's been there or why. Hope they reopen soon.

Take out only! So excited to be in Tampa and get some delicious seafood! I got a bunch of stuff for my family to share. We got fried calamari, clam strips, one pound of snow crab legs, one pound of crawfish, one dozen oysters and 6 XL blue crabs. First of all, the lady working at the front was so nice and sweet!! Didn't get her name but loved her energy. Food wise, the blue crabs was DEF the best thing of the meal. Cooked well and the meat was sweet. Would totally come back for this. Pricing pretty good too! The crawfish was fresh and tasty too. The calamari and clam strips were ok. Fillers!! The oysters were super salty, I'd pass on this next time. Also pass on the snow crab legs because the blue crab is WAY better!

Service was nice, family-ran business. I was a little perturbed about the way the seafood was presented. I am so used to boil-in-bag situations in which the seasoning and flavoring gets into the nooks and crannies of the crab legs. That wasn't the case here. Crab legs were hot, but they were stuffed into Styrofoam containers. Seasoning was on the outside of the crab legs shells... But the actual crab meat had very little flavoring. I'm used to crab meat being seasoned inside and outside of the shell . Felt like it was half-seasoned . They gave plenty of spices, seasonings and butter to put on top of the crab or to dip the crab meat in... But it's just not the same. Places do not need to be Mr. and Mrs. crab... But it's just a good rule of thumb when seasoning snow crab... Needs to be put inside of a bag and boiled For maximum flavoring.

Best fresh seafood in town ! I only come here to get my blue crabs or crawfish when in season. Love the fast service & fresh !!! Seafood - highly definitely recommend. Try their gumbo if they still got it .

Coming from KY we knew we wanted to try a local seafood place on our trip. We discovered this place that was just a mile or so away from where we were staying and we are glad that we did. This is a small fish market/takeout restaurant that deals in local seafood. We enjoyed the food so good we actually ate it twice during our stay. The inside of the place was clean, quiet and all of the employees were friendly and seemed to be happy to be there. Over the two visits we tried a variety of things, all fried, that were all excellent. If you enjoy fried seafood (they do have grilled and blackened options) make sure to give them a try. If I ever find myself in Tampa again this will be my first stop.

My food wasn't done I went there a spent $140. It was too late to go back because they were about to close they close on Sundays also... Monday I called up there an requested I talk to the owner for 3 days I've been calling for them to tell me he is not in... I finally speak w/ him today an it's just excuses
