Our Saturday afternoon we decided to eat authentic Puerto Rican food and we have been to this resturant a few times, but this time...they failed. Sadly they have changed their products. It's not authentic anymore. You can tell mostly everything is bought frozen and then selling as 'gourmet'. There was no flavor whatsoever it was all bland. This is coming from people who are born and raised in Puerto Rico who cook their authentic food daily. (We should've cooked at home.) Their pricing does NOT match their food quality.YES, the concept, idea, location and decor were/are awesome! This Resturant need people who can manage their restaurant better. Wait time, dress code (not just a t-shirt), customer service etiquette on phone and in person.Previously, we had dropped by to request information and a quote for catering services for a future Sweet 16. Gave all the details, contact information did not receive a call back. Decided to call two days later because I thought it was enough time and the person who picked up my call took my information to pass the message I was never called back. Called them a week later and no one knew anything about my request nor was the person in, I decided to book another catering service. After 3 weeks they decided to call me. A restaurant needs employees and management that can handle every situation or at least be prepared for anything. Hopefully this review helps to improve this resturant.
