I've been to several parties here before but never hosted one here yet, we were thinking of having my bridal shower here so we called to ask for the availability. The lady in charge called me back about two days later and instead of telling me the availability on the date I requested she tried to sell me on another date. Her exact words were "who has a shower on a Sunday? Why not have one on Friday?" Umm because people work until 5 or 6 and the last thing they want to do on a Friday is go to a bridal shower. She then told me that we could meet the next day anytime after 4:45pm and I said perfect because my mom works until 5 and it will take her a little bit to get there since she'll be fighting traffic. She said it was fine, mind you my mom called shortly after just to introduce herself and my mom had told her the same thing about being there after 5. I got to the location 10 after 5 and my mom was 5 minutes behind me. Before I got out of the car the lady I spoke with told me I was late and that I told her I would be there at 4:45 when I never did, I also told her that I'm sorry but I thought both me and my mom said we would be there after 5. She said I was snippy and that I should've called to tell her I was going to be late. People, just a side note: I never said I would be there anytime before 5 and she insisted that I did. Even if I did, I'm the customer and when is it ok for her to talk to a customer like that? I usually never get upset at stuff like this, I've worked in both retail and restaurant and I get that people have bad days but this lady was just plain rude. I told her that it was ok that we would find another venue anyway and that I wouldn't want to do business with someone like that. So if that lady ever retires or gets fired I'll try and do business there again but if not there are plenty of other places. Sorry it was long folks.

Great price and location. Space was well kept and clean. Also people weteeadyyowork with. Would recommend very highly
