Wave Nightclub at Shephards

My wife and I went in October on a Saturday night and had a great time. We arrived around midnight after dancing at Shepherd's tiki bar before that. DJ was playing good top 40 music (and remixes) that anyone can shake their hips to. This was a much classier place than Ybor City dance clubs. People of all ages were at the Wave. There was no cover charge because it was their off season. Their busy season runs March-Sept and that's when they charge an entry fee.

Great night club for 12 year olds and gas station owners $180 will buy you a bottle of what ever you want in VIP and you might see a server walk by once an hour. If you really want to know the vibe it's kinda like being stuck inside a condom right after an explosion . If it's the night life your after go to Ybor !

This club is a great spot to enjoy nightlife you usually only find in bigger cities. Great atmosphere and the management and rest of the staff are very accommodating and efficient making your experience in this club worth every dime. D.j. works the Playlist like a pro and knows how to read a crowd. I will be at this spot again very soon, Mahalo!

We had the greatest service by Meg on the outside bar by the club entrance she was very helpful on helping me find the perfect drink and and made it really good just for me! Thank you Meg for your great attitude and beautiful smile! We sure are coming back to see you again!

Decent energy level and DJ. Drinks were reasonably priced. The help yourself to a glass of water area is unsupervised which was odd because the place did have some creepers in there. I would recommend to groups of 5 or more on a Friday or Saturday night.

My amazing mother in law reserved seats for New Years and they gave us A couch that is not what we paid for!! The manager ERIC was soooo mean and acted like he was way better then everyone!! DO NOT GO HERE AND ALSO THE LADIES in the front were being soo rude!! If I could give no stars I would!! We paid over thousand for our seats too!!!

The inside atmosphere was slow, older crowd, with very loud music which doesn't mix. Very rude towards customers, which was unprovoked.

I have a hard time believing there's so many negative reviews cause this place is phenomenal. Great environment, drinks are the same price as the outdoor bar, and it's the best spot to be in clearwater on a Friday/Saturday night

I called Saturday and spoke to a girl who was EXTREMELY rude. It was our sisters 21st birthday at midnight and we wanted to celebrate at the night club. I called and asked the girl if it's okay for us to come before midnight then at midnight switch out her wrist band for 21 and up. The lady said "yeah it's not rocket science" I told the lady that's was very uncalled for and rude. We just wanted to verify the policy. Our mom then called back and was told if your under 21 you can't get into the club at all, so apparently not only were we told the wrong info we were also degraded for calling and asking in the first place. This needs to be addressed as it was plain out rude.

DO NOT GO THERE, worst place in clearwater!!! Very judgy!! The manager kicks you out if hes jealous of you!!! Ive never been to sucks a TRASH place!! Very uneducated workers. Im so disapointed i even went there. Its so nasty and they shouldnt have workers kick you out. We tipped good every time, even got free shots. But the " manager" couldnt stand our beauty and kicked us out for no reason. I will be taking leagl action against them.
