Came here for their lunch special. I ordered their miso soup to start. So good!I also ordered the Golden Phili Roll and the Eel Roll. Everything was fresh. Loved both rolls.Service was excellent. The staff were very attentive. Plenty of seating and nice decor! Great experience!

The sushi overall good. The price is decent however I notified they now charge for sauce such as eel sauce and spicy Mayo which they didn't do before. Also in this order I asked for light sauce and sauce on the side so it would have been what they put on the roll. That was a bit of a bummer that I will remember for next time. I believe it is the mango sauce that was too sweet for me but folks in my group enjoyed it. The yo-yo roll has a kick and definitely not for someone who doesn't like spice. The fresh jalapeño in it gives it a nice flavor.

It's been awhile since I've updated this location. It has gone down just a tiny bit, because I do like another place just a little bit better. This time I was with my kids who are huge sushi fans and they liked it, except we all had 1 roll each we didn't care for, sadly. My favorite was Volcano Roll, my daughters was the Spider roll, (my second favorite), and my sons was kani roll. I liked the volcano because it had great flavors. There is a spice to it, but it doesn't hit until that last part of chewing and it bites ya just a little. The spider roll is deep fried soft shell crab and it's so delicious. The right amount of crunch with some sticky rice. It's good. My sons was just ok. It was small rolls, and was all gooey. I love this place but it's an easy second place in the area.

We've always enjoyed our sushi here, until a couple of days ago. We go for their lunch special and it's always been good. This day I order an eel roll and the shrimp tempura roll with miso soup. The soup which has always been one of the best I've had, rich & smoky was so lacking miso it looked and tasted very watered down. There was virtually no eel, but a lot of avocado and it was the thinnest shrimp I've ever seen! My husband had the eel (also lacking eel), California roll which didn't seem to have any surimi crab and a spicy tuna roll which was good as always. I don't know what was going on and I suppose we should have said something. We didn't recognize any of the employees either, maybe new owners trying to skimp and save? Very disappointed

I used to love coming here. I don't know if it's bad luck or someone's idea of putting money before quality. The fish is still fresh. But the meal delivery or how they're making the meals is really disappointing. A spider roll has a small soft shell crab. Maybe 6 portions max. It came out with 14 portions. The carb was so small you couldn't enjoy the crunchiness or the flavor. The individual slice was so full of rice it actually cooled the crab and softened the tempura that made it taste like a wet piece of bread. The crab itself was so small you couldn't even taste it. The Red Dragon I ordered looked more like a spicy salmon roll and the thinnest slice of tuna made it translucent. It's supposed to be all tuna not a spicy blend. I have ordered that particular roll in several different states and this one was awful. It's almost like the staff isn't trained. The energy and hospitality has been choked out of this place. I have sushi once a week in different locations including a Winn Dixie in SoHo Tampa. And I've never been so let down. I hope the owners start getting back to making the delicious meals they used to make when they first started cause I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed how bad the service is getting. I won't be coming back. What's with all the sauce bowls on the table. How many people have grabbed the ones they don't need and place them back on the stack after being on the table? Not a good idea.
