I came to the venue to check out, Royal Diaspora Coffee Company. Royal Diaspora Coffee Companyis a black owned coffee shop where you can hang out w/ family + friends, grab something to eat , study or work. Proudly championing the Black community and showcasing Black brands and businesses. A welcoming atmosphere that celebrates culture and connection.Emmanuel outdid himself with the hospitality. I love what he's doing here and what he's going to do for the community. definitely one of my favorite spots in Tampa.

Came during the day specifically to try out Royal Diaspora Coffee! There were plenty of tables, couches and bar seating. They were playing hip hop hits and greeted us with a smile upon arrival. We picked a vinyl album as our placemats and sat at the couches that had coffee tables. Very comfortable! The owner helped us and was very friendly and informative about where he sourced his products from. Everything is made to order and there is quite a large menu of food and beverage options available. We tried a variety of drinks from the HOGG BATCH "D.O.P.E." OLD FASHIONED, FROZEN CUP LEMONADE REFRESHEr and the CINNAMON TOASTCRUNCH LATTE which was our overall favorite! They have a variety of milks to choose from when ordering any of the coffee beverages. I was blown away by the food! The Croissant breakfast Sliders were amazing! The croissant was warm, flaky and buttery while the eggs were fluffy and flavorful! We also heard great thing about the wings and OMG we were sold after the first bite! They were fried to perfection and very tasty. To be honest I would say within the top 4 best wings in Tampa! The fries were also delicious! Don't leave without their crookie-a croissant and cookie hybrid topped with powered sugar and served warm! Overall amazing experience and I would definitely return!

The vibe is amazing and the food is on point! We hosted an event here and the staff was so helpful, and thought of everything all we had to do was show up!! Very warm and inviting!

And I am giving the 1 star because the atmosphere, physical space and ambiance were ON point! BUT these people charge me $49 for 7 wings and 1 vodka cranberry and I am 360 HOT! The fact that there were no menus with prices available should have been my first clue!!! I will not be back and will make sure to share my experience as much as possible!
