Varsity Club Sports Bar Trinity

I'd never been here before and was pleasantly surprised.Our server (Heather) was sincere and attentive. Food and beverages came out relatiely quickly and drink refills were brought without having to ask.One thing I really appreciated was an entire section of the menu devoted to various styles of chicken sandwiches. (A fav for me)I had "The Raven" with tots and greatly enjoyed it!

Love this place . The better one is in Clearwater though . And it's open later in Clearwater . But it's a great sports bar inside outside dining and pet friendly :) great prices great sandwiches and chicken wings . You can't go wrong . Jordan at Varsity Club Sports Bar and Grill in Trinity is absolutely amazing! She has such a great personality and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Her attentiveness to your needs is unmatched. She's always on point and ensures you have the best experience. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for her if you're in the area!

This restaurant has gone through a few different phases and owners. We would come here after work on Fridays when I worked at the high school nearby. After I retired, and it had a different name and owner, I came for retiree get togethers or to meet a friend. Recently, our retiree group met here at the Varsity Club Sports Bar.Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. We liked it so much that we are planning on coming here as often as possible. It's in a good location, has plenty of parking, and the wait staff made us feel valued. Whitney and anyone assisting her did a fantastic job for the 12 of us!

Traditional food with good quality, pizza was better than expected. Has a nice vibe inside and the service was good. Pricing felt high but others may feel it is in line with other similar offerings.

Been going there for years and have witnessed a steady decline. The bottom fell out for me when I was assaulted there on February 20th. The staff and management did nothing to stop it. Filed a report with the sheriff's office to no avail. Made me feel like I was bothering them and believed the lies told by the staff there. It's a shame because the food is good there but unless you are a local drunk or druggie I wouldn't bother. It's a big click group in there. Another time I witnessed them telling another patron that they were "too stupid to turn their head" to watch a TV because they barely know how to switch the channels to the one near your seat. I'll never go back!

One side of our table couldn't watch nfl playoff game. Ask manager to change channel and he called us ignorant because we couldn't turn our head to watch it. Unbelievable

Great prices, great food, so many TV's and the people were great!! Selection of beer on tap and so many different whiskeys were great too. Overall, great place!

We went to Varsity Club with a group of 9 to watch the NFL playoff games. The way our table was facing we didn't have the best view of the TV. We asked NUMEROUS times if they could switch ONE TV to the playoff game and leave one TV on the Lightning game that would be coming on. They instead put both TVs on the Lightning game. Went to talk to the manager on duty - George - to request just one TV changed to the NFL play off game. He refused to do so. Then said word for word "It's not my fault customers are ignorant and can't turn their head to watch the game." I informed him a customer shouldn't have to when they're only requesting one TV to be switched. He again refused so said we will all just close out and go elsewhere as this has NEVER been an issue anywhere. He said that was fine. We watch sports all the time at so many sports bars and this was a first for all of us!! We won't ever go back. George should NOT be in management! He is NOT doing the Varsity Club any good! And definitely should not be managing at all!
