Absolutely adorable local coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is good. One of my favorite things to do in downtown Tarpon is window shop and then come here to enjoy a coffee and a treat. Serving portions are not large, the food is delicious. Come while away the hours bathed in the scent of coffee and history.

Cute, little coffee shop. Located right on the main street in tarpon springs. They have a really cute indoor seating area and a few tables outside. It is a little tough to navigate if you have a stroller (there are two steps at the entrance), but definitely doable. The staff is very friendly. They have a good amount of options for pastries, food, and drinks. I don't drink coffee so I like that they have non-coffee drinks. We've gotten pastries, soufflés, and sandwiches here before and everything has been good so far.

Urban Grounds is a great place for a relaxing coffee break and a light breakfast. The iced caramel latte was deliciously refreshing, and the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich was tasty, though the bacon could have been crispier. My husband enjoyed a fresh bagel. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a laid-back coffee break. When we visited, the place was full, so we sat at an outside table in the alley next to it, which gave me European vibes.

My wife and I were riding our E-bikes in the Pinellas Trail and decided to look for coffee in Tarpon Springs. I had the Caramel Latte. My wife got the Hazelnut Latte. Both were very good and tasty. Definitely hit the spot. Service was great. We sat out side with the dogs and enjoyed the great weather and atmosphere. Thank you Urban Grounds for having a place close to the bike trail!

How cute is this place? Located in "downtown" tarpon springs off Tarpon ave is one of the cutest coffee cafes I've ever seen. On the corner of a small alley with its step up entry and outside cafe tables once you walk in it just feels comfy like you wanna curl up with your cappuccino and a good book or set up your laptop and stay a while. And there are plenty of seats to sit and chill. The perfect coffee meet up spot.Cute tables with old fashioned comfortable chairs by the cash register a step down area with more seating and an upstairs area that is reminiscent of a trolley restaurant I once visited.Lighting is cool Decorations are cute and well thought out Ambience is comfy coffee chicThe coffee is DEELISHA small bakery of pastries and soufflés that puts Starbucks to shame.Prices are reasonable Love Love Love and will be back

As a Tarpon native, I'm telling you; this spot is always my favorite to be in.The coffee is great and there are many unique drinks that can be ordered depending on the month, and at a reasonable price compared to a place like Starbucks. They even got more unique pastries to go with them! Snag the vanilla rose syrup while it's still around!The baristas are friendly, chill, and hard working...and my goodness is the environment just so hip and warm. Highly recommend this both as a native Tarponeer and a frequent coffee drinker!

We stopped in while my daughter was in town. (as my coffee was not good enough for her millennial butt) I am glad that we did! We live in Tarpon Springs and this is more than a coffee shop... this is a hidden gem! Eat, read, chat, work, or just relax in this coffee aroma scented loft. I think it would be an excellent place for a 1st date! They also sell bags of their coffee. I need to stop in and pick some up. I highly recommend this wonderful addition to this small town. I was having a business meeting today and she said let's meet at Urban Grounds!!! Great place ! I had a cappuccino with a lemon , blueberry danish... mmmmmmm. Great place for a business meeting or a date or just meeting friends! The pastries are made fresh here and not shipped in, they also have quiche. Looking forward to coming back! Excellent Service!

Ordered a latte to-go and it was delicious! Cute space with a lot of character but the grumpy cashier was a bummer.
