Great spot! Highly recommend this place! They have a little of everything. The food was great, drinks were great and the inside/outside of the restaurant is super spacious with a ton of seating. The staff was kind and helpful on our first visit. Really enjoyed my meal - very filling and delicious. Will be back again for sure!

possibly one of the best atmospheres you will find. right on the Tampa Riverwalk. the building is very nice looking and the grounds around it are amazing. 5 Star.the food was better than average but didn't blow me away. the fried okra was good and had a similar flavor to a fresh cut french fry. I got the meatloaf for my main dish. it was good but I had had higher expectations since it was listed as one of the best things Alton Brown ate.

3.8 stars: cute vibe/outdoor area, food was solid and highlights local ingredientsDefinitely need to make a reservation. Our reservation was for peak dinner time, but we came about an hour earlier to see if we could get seated early, which thankfully we were able to. Had we come even 10 minutes later, it is likely we would have just had to wait until our reservation time. The inside is cutely decorated with a more rustic vibe, but they also have an outdoor seating area and allows for pets. It is in the same area as a market/outdoor area near the water. FOOD: ~Soft Shell Crab (2.5/5): Unfortunately, the soft shell crab was not soft enough. I could not bite through the body of the crab cleanly.~Oysters (3/5): a-okay. Local oysters so the brine was very mild. Main issue is that 2 of the oysters looked like it was butchered when they were opening them, so it looked very off-putting. ~Seafood risotto (4/5): great flavors and seafoods were cooked well. Green beans were excellent, as well. I know a dish like this can be difficult to control, but the temperature of the seafood was not hot/room temperature, and the outside of the risotto was a little cold. So that first bite was surprising, but the center section of the risotto was warmer. ~Pompano (4/5): The fish was so soft! It could have used maybe a grain or two of salt on it's own, but with the sauce it was fine. The sauce, green beans, and carrot chips were so good! Overall, I can see why this place is so popular! Getting a meal here than taking a stroll along the water walkway is ideal!

We had a great meal and this restaurant has a great vibe. The service was excellent and our server was informed on the menu and made great recommendations. This was a great Birthday Meal!

I was curious about Ulele because the website describes it as a "native-inspired restaurant" and quite honestly, I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that is native-inspired. Also, my veggie friend loves this place so if she likes it, the veggie dishes must be good.The online menu clearly marks what is vegetarian and vegan which I always appreciate. The drink menu instantly caught my attention when I saw the word "mango purée" in the Ulele Sunrise. It also comes with tequila, muddled cucumber, lime juice, triple sec, and syrup. Crisp carrot ribbons, dusted in flour then fried. Very addicting! Our waiter was friendly. Love the indoor and outdoor art, including the statues. I also appreciate the complimentary valet parking. This spot is pretty popular and we had a nearly 1-hour wait upon arrival. This gave us an opportunity to walk over to the nearby Armature Works to explore for a bit. All around great experience!

Ulele is so much wow! The ambiance, the people, the service all of it is amazing! The food was an array of different flavors. The presentation was superb. The chilli was so hearty and filling those native Florida proteins were delicious. The charbroiled oysters were spectacular!. The shrimp cocktail was amazing fresh. My wife had the fish another delicious dish. Ohh let me not leave out the frozé rosé. Sooo refreshing and delicious.

I recently went to Ulele and they earned their five stars because this time the corn muffins were on point and that whipped butter with it sealed the deal. I ordered the seafood risotto again which I found out no longer included the claw but had the lobster meat throughout the dish. I'm not a calamari' expert but this was the best that I've had.. it's wasn't greasy or soggy. The pork chop was delicious and had the Smokey flavour and mashed potatoes were nice and buttery . The first order of the grouper goods was too salty and Justin took care of out and the fish was perfect. Our server Liz was very pleasant and attentive. She ensured the night ended well with a box of truffles for the birthday girl! The restaurant is warm and cozy and perfect refuge from the rain. The restaurant is very loud even on the weekday we went.

First time coming to ulele with the family. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The service was friendly and respectful but did have some delays. It took the waiter some time to greet our table. In addition, our food took more time than expected to be prepared and ready. The wait was worth it though! The ambiance was beautiful inside and out. Very friendly environment. Overall, would definitely recommend family and friends to try this restaurant out!

First time at Ulele and it was phenomenal. My wife had the seafood risotto which I couldn't stop stealing bites from. I had the short rib and it was delicious. We finished with the Pineapple Upside Down bread pudding, and it blew me away. It is TO DIE FOR!! Our server Ivan was exceptional. Attentive and not overbearing at all. He answered all our questions, and was checking up consistently. Could not have asked for better for our Valentines Day spot. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Ivan for an awesome night!! (:
