Nice place to stop with the family for soft serve ice cream. There is no inside seating as this is a walk up stand. Some of the concrete tables & benches are cracked and may not be safe for multiple or heavy people to sit on. If you don't want the kids eating ice cream in your car, there isn't a lot of shade so it's not comfortable to sit out when it's hot & sunny. This location also has food, which we didn't try.

This was the best blended Twistee that I've ever had here. I've been coming here since 2014!

I've seen these "Twistee Treats" in a couple different locations... They're hard to miss considering the fact that the buildings are shaped like large ice cream cones. I've come to believe that even though this location shares the same name and the same building, that they are not franchised with the other locations- because they have a completely different menu from the other ones, and believe me, the actual menu of this location is bare. I checked the website, and PC is not on there, so it confirms my suspicion. It's basic ice cream flavors, milkshakes, and sundaes. With a few stadium food type items. Perhaps this review would have been a lot better, if I didn't have to wait over 30 minutes in line while the guy in front of me ordered like 4 sandwiches from an ice cream shop... When he could have simply walked up to the window, OR- been pulled into a parking space to wait. When I was actually able to order, I realized that the person working the window was new and being trained... That was probably why they were so slow. I got the dirt sundae, it was a pretty good sugar rush, and an awesome concept. However, I got two other milkshakes and they messed up the order, as both shakes came out vanilla. I was not waiting in that line again though, no thank you!

I decided to stop by and get a few Chicago dogs to take home. I have eaten there before and had no problem. I got home and I started to eat. I was in the middle of my hot dog and out comes a strand of hair. Needless to say I was totally grossed out and could not eat any more. I can't even look at the other hots dogs now. If the people preparing food don't wear hair nets they need to. It was not on the top of the hot dog so it had to be whoever fixed it. Its too bad, it was the only place locally that I found that made Chicago dogs. Although they are not true Chicago dogs because they don't use a sesame seed bun and they have the consistency of a bun that was heated in the microwave. But they were "okay" in a pinch when I had a taste for a Chicago dog. And these didn't even have the pepperocini peppers they were supposed to have on top. So basically I could have just gone home, cooked a hot dog, used a regular bun, chopped up an onion, tomato, a slice of pickle and little mustard and made my own...minus the hair of course. I do have a jar of pepperocini in my fridge so at least I would got those on my hot dogs.

We went last night 6/30 because my fiance has been craving twistee treat. We waited in line for over 30 minutes, because it use to be worth the wait. We both ordered sundaes and they took approximately 6 minutes to make them once we ordered. There were 4 people working inside, and a line of about 8 cars outside, and maybe 2 patrons at the window. We live less than 5 minutes away, and when we got home and opened our sundaes they were melted everywhere. They were slopped together messes with more whipped cream than ice cream. They didn't even resemble a sundae. We ended up throwing them away. $10 wasted on a mess. Twistee treat needs to get their act together.

Went in today with a couple of friends, and the drive thru was pretty busy with around 5 other cars in line. The line moved decently fast, but the two girls working there did a great job. The workers are super sweet, and they have a lot of combinations and options to try from. I ended up getting one of the twisters, as you get to choose up to 3 toppings. For the three of us, it was only $10. Awesome prices, and great place overall!

This is basic fast food. But the girls working inside this small cone building are friendly and helpful. The ice cream was good. Had a Cuban and it was well made and tasty. The hotdogs are Nathan's and have many toppings. All and all if you want a quick lunch or desert this is a good place to try.
