Twistee Treat

Theres not much room here for the drive through but parking is plentiful. Theres a bar nearby thats visible from the seating. Staff have been ok, not friendly but not rude. Ice cream is like the cheap soft serve you get from a basic fast food chain and flavors taste artificial. I tried the peanut butter lovers and it was very disappointing. It costs $7 and you dont get much. Some vanilla soft serve with whipped cream, reeces pieces and smooshed up peanut butter cups which were very very salty. Like burning salty. My friends seemed to enjoy their ice cream but I felt like tossing my treat.

worst ice cream i ever had! honestly i wouldn't even call this ice cream it was more like cold plastic. had vanilla soft serve dipped in butterscotch. it never melted! fake chemical filled ice cream! save your time and money! wish i could give zero stars i would.

I had the soft serve vanilla cone dipped in butterscotch . If I could give a review of a 0 I would , the quality of the soft serve ice cream is not good at all . I would describe the taste and texture of the butterscotch and ice cream as plastic . I tried to give it a chance but I could not even finish eating it . If you've ever gotten ice cream you know you have to eat fast before it melts , it didn't melt and I had a 15 min drive to my destination holding it because I just couldn't eat it . Never again !! The people at the window were nice though .

Sam and I were near by and decided to stop in for a treat. Okay we made a specific trip out of our way to go to twistee treat. I am not ashamed. We shared a Chicago dog though we both agree we could have water two each. It was delicious but a little on the small side.We also had two small twisters. Mine with Oreo, marshmallow, and sprinkles. Sam went with Oreo, strawberry, and coffee, a combination of flavors I would not have chosen... A great visit in a hot day. We will be back.

Always amazed by the sweet service when I come here! It's authentic and timeless atmosphere always makes the treats taste better for me. Also, this is the only Twistee Treat location in Florida that I've been to that can actually make a proper bubble gum slushy

We've seen this place a bunch of times but today when shopping across the street at Aldi we decided to give it a try. It's your typical old school ice cream shop where you can also get some food items. They keep the menu pretty simple but it's all the classic things you like: soft serve, regular ice cream, sundaes, hot dogs, etc. I got a small chocolate and vanilla swirl soft serve in a waffle cone, but they have different ways you can customize your soft serve which is cool. We waited for a little while in like at the window. They also have a drive thru but the line was long - I don't think they can keep up with so much business in the summer. Also the location isn't ideal - it's in a parking lot with limited seating. However the staff was so kind and the ice cream was reasonably priced. And I love the old school feel!

Meh. Long wait but there was only one family in front of us. Slowwwwww service. I've cream was ok, but I think DQ has better soft serve. I guess it's the novelty of the place that keeps them coming in.

Just got a Kahlua Freezer. It literally taste like nothing. I should have gone with the Mocha.

Great soft serve. Price last year for a small cone was $2.25. went today and it's now $3.84. Good bye Twistee Treat.

Nice bites!!! The chocolate brownie with an Oreo and a waffle cup! Got the large and it served me well
