Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Another Blueberry Bliss, another home run. Could have one every day. This time wife had the Sunrise/Sunset smoothie. She loved it.

Finally visited this establishment!! It's 5 minutes from my house and somehow just never got there. Being a huge fan of Jamba Juice when I lived in California, I was so looking forward to trying a smoothie here.This is a pretty new place in a pretty new building. Ambiance is very casual and inviting. It was very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful to these older folks who had no idea what quinoa and chia seeds were!I ordered the Bahama Mama bowl. The base was some type of sherbet topped with chunks of pineapple, strawberries and shaved coconut. Chia seeds were sprinkled on it as well as honey. Yummy! Hubby ordered the Blueberry Bliss smoothie. That was very good too. Of course I had to taste it (a few times!!)It was quite busy to my surprise. A steady stream of customers came and went. All was good!Definitely recommend this little shop if you're looking for something cool and tasty. You won't be sorry!! PS: I dived right in to my bowl and forgot to take a picture, sorry!

Love that this location is so close to residential area-- I can get some decently healthy food and drink options delivered or picked up in minutes.I ordered through the app, which then uses doordash, and somehow my doordasher or tropical smoothie left one or two drinks.Doordasher wasn't any help- he stated, "they only handed me one"... so I called the store and the employee was kind and helpful. Manager offered a refund, but I also still wanted my drink and they said it would be okay.I got there- the employee offered to remake it because now, it's an hour and half after the order submission, which was so sweet! The employees are younger, so they were playful with each other when not with customers and kind and welcoming when customer facing.Clean location. Enough Parking (Saturday Afternoon). I've ordered from another Tripcjal smoothie multiple times and the same one drink is always inconsistent; this is my second time ordering my avocalada and it's pretty consistent with the first time using this location which is a plus !

This location needs a self order option outside of the app that allows you to walk in and input your order yourself . Waited in line 10 minutes while 8 workers ignored taking orders for walk-ins. Not sure what was going on since I was the only customer in line. The location is new and clean, but customer service and attention to walk-in patrons is terrible. This is the most staffed tropical smoothie I've ever seen with the poorest customer service. Not so much as a hello or I'll be with you in a moment. Had to ask if there was someone taking orders only to hear "yeah we are just backed up right now" Seems that their priority are order ahead and delivery orders only. Forget placing an order if you decide to walk in...... unless you're willing to wait an incredulous amount of time to pay for a smoothie you can make at home with your ninja blender.

THANK YOU Steve for the response with all that is going on in the world! I received a very well written and genuine response from management. There was no issue with the food, no issue with the amazing staff but with the process of getting the correct order fixed. I believe they understand and contract drivers just need better communication. If they had to return and fix this or get paid nothing they may take it more serious to get the order right. In hindsight I feel petty blowing up around this, but my career is based on problem resolution and continuous improvement, so it mattered. Thank you again and as always I appreciate you and the amazing food your staff crafts !

Tropical Smoothie is a nice, clean place offering a variety of bowls, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, quesadillas, salads, and breakfast items. They also have options for kids, which is awesome! The service is fast, and the customer service is great. I love the colors and lights--they make the place look tropical and fresh!

This is my absolute favorite Tropical Smoothie location! The staff was so very kind and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our entire order. Our smoothies tasted fresh and was made to order. I'll definitely return soon to try their variety of açaí bowls and the other menu options. Cheers to a healthy and delicious smoothie!

I visited Florida Super Bowl weekend...coming from California. I absolutely loved the ambiance, the energy and the refreshment of smoothie selection topped it all off. Highly recommend!

Don't mobile order unless you wanna wait over 35 mins for your drinks !!! Costumer service is so bad, I'm literally watching this girl fuck around in the back while there are 10+ costumers waiting. I don't like making bad reviews but this wait and the service was so bad I'm actually shocked lmao
