Treehouse BBQ

Had the brisket grilled cheese and the brisket quesadilla at the Safety Harbor food and music festival. The food was fresh, tasty. The brisket was the best I've eaten in a very long time, especially in the area.Mike and his team are a friendly group and provide excellent service.

Treehouse BBQ had the shortest line at the Sunshine City Smokeout in St Pete this weekend. We hopped in line after checking out the menu. It took roughly 10 minutes to order, and then we were told the wait would be 45 minutes for the food. The food actually took 1.5 hours to prepare. We had a few drinks and empanadas while we waited. I ordered the brisket grilled cheese and a side of potato salad. The brisket sandwich was delicious. The meat had tons of flavor and was cooked nicely! And the gouda cheese was perfect.I wasn't thrilled with the potato salad, but I ate it anyway. The wait time was excessive. There was only one person making the sandwiches. The smokeout had quite a few patrons. If possible, I suggest two cooks next time. But I did appreciate the delicious brisket! I would try Treehouse again, but next time I will ask how long the wait is for the food before placing my order.

Treehouse BBQ is amazing!!! We hosted a 65th birthday party at Pinellas Ale Works with 50 people and Mike was able to provide an amazing spread of BBQ. We opted for the pulled pork, jalapeno and cheddar sausage, and brisket along with mac and cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw. Mike and his wife were able to deliver and set up everything for our party and the brisket was some of the best we have ever had. I'd recommend using Treehouse BBQ for any event.

Happened to find these guys and was rewarded when we went to try out their food. The brisket grilled cheese and the chicken quesadilla were both very flavorful, and the meat was cooked perfect. I will be watching their events page, eagerly waiting to get some more!!

Had the pleasure of experiencing one of Treehouse's pulled pork quesadillas at St. Pete's Bacon & BBQ festival last weekend and it was by far my & my friends' favorite item out of all the vendors. The ingredients were all high quality and fresh and it came with a delicious side sauce that was a dream. I'm very particular about meat fattiness and I could see while they were cooking it up that this was all lean crisp pork. Wish I'd ordered two!! A++

The food at Treehouse BBQ is absolutely delicious. I had the pulled chicken, pork and ribs. I definitely will have it again! It was so good! You won't regret getting it! It will keep you coming back to order it again!

I have experienced this bbq twice now. The first time I had the brisket. The brisket is excellent The best I have had. Competition quality all day long! Everything is homemade from the sauces to the slaw and potatoes salad. All excellent. The second time I hand the pulled pork and chicken. Best chicken I have ever had!!
