Great family owned ice cream shop in PalmHarbor. Family friendly environment and variety of different handmade ice creams including alcohol infused for the adults.

Very cool ice cream parlor. Enjoyed all the nostalgia and the employees were excellent and really seemed to care about the place. It was an absolute throwback for us. Very enjoyable.

Finally made my way over and it did not disappoint! I had the cookies & cream rolled ice cream dessert. It was so good! The toppings were delicious too. Loved all the decor & great customer service too. Definitely recommend!

The ice cream at totally has great flavor, they also serve rolled ice cream. The service here was prompt. The ambience of totally ice cream is 80's - 90's nostalgia.

We had two scoops of chocolate filled ice cream cones they where so good the ice cream is made in store and was delicious

Totally Ice Cream has it all, ridiculously good ice cream, a totally awesome atmosphere and the friendliest service!!!With over 20 homemade flavors, (made fresh on premises daily) including traditional dairy, vegan, gluten free and alcohol infused flavors, there is a flavor and lifestyle friendly option for everyone. Major allergens are denoted...for us, it's so nice not to have to ask what has nuts and what doesn't. My daughter loves the Totally Vanilla flavor while I can't get enough of the s'mores rolled ice cream. You can order in a cup or freshly made waffle cone. Every scoop is served with waffle cone flare...I love the tasty uniqueness. There is indoor and outdoor covered seating which makes it easy to sit and enjoy with family and friends or grab and go. We recently took advantage of their custom ordering service and made Father's Day extra special with his own custom flavor.It's obviously our fav locally owned ice cream shop and we think it's the best in all of Pinellas County...stop in and try it for yourself, I promise it will become your favorite ice cream shoppe too!

This location has been a number of ice cream-related businesses. None have lasted. This latest iteration may stop the turnover. The owner claims the frozen treats are home-made. The taste seems to prove him right. We enjoyed out after-dinner items. They were very tasty. The owner is very hands on, with a brief overview of what's available. The decor is stocked with plenty of 90's posters. There's even a juke box. I like the simplicity of ordering and paying with Apple Pay. I like having interaction with the guy who will make or break the place. My money is on this guy making it work.

This place is rad! Totally Ice cream is a nostalgic ice cream shops that takes you back to the early 90s. Pictures of movies and shows like Saved By the Bell and Coneheads. The owner is very nice. Proud of the ice cream and shop. He even has wristbands and a Michael Jordan Space Jam miniature statue. Now to the ice cream. There is rolled ice cream, dairy based ice cream, gluten free ice cream, and my favorite... alcohol based ice cream. I had the Rum Raisin ice cream which has rum and golden raisins. SO GOOD! My wife had French toast which was very creamy, with Baileys and kahlua. This place is a hidden gem in a quiet complex but definitely worth the visit.

Ice cream flavors are fantastic!! Really recommend the creamy pistachio and coffee crunch! The atmosphere is super cute and nostalgic for those 90s lovers. The owners are very friendly and kind towards children too. My son got a free sticker and was able to add some sprinkles himself which he really loved. We will be back for sure!
