Tony Roma's Bones and Burgers

A counter in the food court of International Plaza mall. It's a good burger that is meat heavy and not dry. I got the one with bacon and boneless baby back ribs and enjoyed it. The only downside was the fries as they were a bit cold and stale. But I would recommend this counter for a quick mall meal.

The Angry Longhorn Burger was my favorite. Nice, tender, juicy, spicy burger. I had also thier new item on the menu : Mac and Cheese Chicken Tenders. Great choice if you ask me. Bacon and Cheese Fries is a crowd pleaser for those who like a little extra on thier fries. But Ultimately thier Shakes are the wow factor. If you happen to visit International Plaza in Tampa, come try them at the food court . You will enjoy thier different options.

Pleasantly surprised! Yes this is a fast food restaurant, but not low quality food by any means. Quick kiosk order, personalized menu options and great options. After shopping and ready to eat, I'm glad we picked this place. My combo meal was tasty, big portions and fresh

This is the best burger I've ever gotten in a mall food court. And the bbq sauce is a must have for dipping. The fries were flavorful but a bit dry. Service was friendly and quick. It was a disappointment that the vegan burger was temporarily off the menu due to cooking issues.

I always have the best time here! Came to try celebrity chef Vicky's new curated menu! It did not disappoint! I definitely recommend the Carolina Bird sandwich it was so good!!! This place is always pretty busy so you know it's worth it!!!

I used to love to go to Tony Roma's for the ribs. Just ordered from their Bones and Burgers at International Plaza, Tampa. Ordering from a Kiosk when there is staff right in front of you is the worst idea the service industry has ever had.My burger came out cold and was really awful. Tasted like it had been setting in water all day. First time here, never going back.

I had to stop by the Apple store to make an exchange, so my wife and I decided to eat at the food court. I'd not seen or tried Tony Roma's previously so had no opinion on them. Their burgers looked pretty good, so my wife ordered one of those, while I ordered a full pound of ribs. And this is where my complaints start.1) The sign advertises a half pound of ribs or a full pound of ribs. EVERY other BBQ joint I've ever been to advertises a half RACK or a whole RACK, which is essentially a half side of ribs or a full side of ribs (usually pork). So the way in which they advertise their ribs is a little deceptive. You're not going to get anywhere close to a full rack of ribs by ordering a full pound of ribs. I did not realize this until after I made my purchase.I also ordered a drink and a side. Our total was around $37. To Tony Roma's credit, the food appeared quickly, packaged up "ToGo". We opted to eat in the food court, however.My wife's burger looked and tasted really great. The fries were hot and fresh. However, here is where my complaints continue.2) The fries were VERY salty. They were so salty they burned my mouth. And it wasn't like they were covered with salt crystals, it was like whatever seasoning they put them in before they put them in the fryer was nearly pure salt.3) My full pound of ribs? It was three small ribs, which would typically be a 1/4 rack of ribs anywhere else. I was livid. I paid $16 for 1/4 rack of ribs. And then, I bit into them, and the sause was so salty that it ruined everything else. I took one bite and had to throw them away. They were inedible. Before I voiced my opinion about them to my wife, I let her try one, and she replied "wow, these are not good at all."I walked over to one of the Chinese places and got some orange chicken for dinner. As I'm finishing up my orange chicken. one of the employees from Tony Roma's stops by with a ToGo container and she said "I don't know if you want this or not, but we only gave you half of the ribs you paid for." She gave me the lukewarm ribs, didn't apologize, and walked away. I just threw them away.I've never had ribs that were that incredibly awful. I don't know what Tony Roma's is even thinking. Have they tasted their own product?The only reason that it gets two stars is because the burger was good, and was reasonably priced.

This place charges almost $15 for three tiny baby back ribs and a small amount of fries. Fuggetaboitit. Pass!

food was wrong for everyone in line and took a ridiculous amount of time. The workers had no idea what was going on and by the end I didn't want to eat

Terrible service, under staffed. Waited for 30 minutes for a burger and they were out of ice for my 2 cokes
