The spacious venue is a perfect escape from the Florida heat, offering a great selection of craft beers. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We sampled two flights of 5 oz beers each. It's situated in a large shopping center behind the Racetrack on State Road 54 and Focus Loop. While they don't serve food, you can bring in food from nearby restaurants, which is a fantastic way to support local businesses.Prost

We don't do much up in this area, so we didn't know a new brewery had opened. We didn't even know the plaza had been built there, many places were still vacant when we walked around, but that will come with time. Walking in the place is a really good size for being a new brewery, and they do have food, too. We were there on a trivia night, but thankfully, it wasn't too loud to overcome the entire place. We sat at the bar, and the beertender was very friendly and offered conversation and information about the brewery. We will be back soon to see what new additions have been added.

Came here tonight on the recommendation of several friends. It is close to an hour away from our house but once we got here we were glad we did. This brewery is a good size with plenty of seating . The selection was close to 20 different beers and we were able to settle on the pumpkin ale for our first selection and I had a Get ya Night Started for my second. Both great beers and I will absolutely be back next time I'm in town . The taproom had a nice fireplace and both table seating and some couches. We ordered food from a close by place and enjoyed our beers. I could see this place hopping on the weekends but it was relaxingly quiet on the Monday evening we stopped by. Can't wait to visit again soon.

This place is awesome! Only been here a few months but definitely worth the trip. Beautiful large tasting room with a nice outdoor courtyard area shared by several places. I was impressed by the beer, I had the Hazy Grazer hazy ipa which was excellent. Service was good and it's a very comfortable place to sit and hang out with a very chill vibe.

We had heard from a few people that we must try this place, so we did and boy were we glad that we did! The shopping center is only around a year old and not all restaurants are open yet, but they have been open for 7 months and are definitely worth visiting. They have the industrial vibe going with plenty of seating throughout the building. They have a nice rolling garage door that can be opened when the weather is nice and it gives a great view of their place as you are walking up. The buffalo decor is fun and they have a nice fireplace that actually warmed the area since last night was pretty cold for FL. The bartender was friendly and very knowledgeable about their beers. I got there Oh My Gourd, Bexley! pumpkin pie ale and it was fantastic! We will definitely be back again soon!

The crew is very beer smart. In a great location and has a fantastic vibe. We are awaiting the opening of more food options to call it home.

What can I say it's so refreshing to have a great brewery like this in the area now. The brews are so tasty with a good selection. The atmosphere is amazing. Indoor outdoor feel when they open up the doors with music in the courtyard. No food but consistent food trucks and other food options in the area. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. It's a great addition to the area. I can't wait to enjoy this for years to come. Come to the Thirsty Buffalo and check it out!

Excellent service and prices. Very nice selection of brews. It is clean. Has plenty of seating and is in a nice little shopping area. Food trucks are stationed outdoors and a few other dining options are available, as the brewery does not serve food. There was even a guy with hand rolled cigars set up in the area. You can bring outside food in to enjoy with a cold one if you want.

Went here for the first time the other night on a whim with my fiancé and it ended up being one of the best nights we've had in a very long time. We love the vibe and we loved the selection of beer, cider and seltzers they had. The staff was friendly and let us try whatever we'd like. I really liked how they had the flight option because being our first time, we enjoyed having the option to try a few things instead of just jumping right in. We already plan on going back with friends this upcoming week to continue the good times! Oh and they have a good truck that I can't wait to try as well

As a home brewer I want to see spots like this succeed. Areas for improvement Beer temps are slightly colder than room tempCO2 levels are not high enough and most beers are served relatively flatNo one in the pour room seems to have the knowledge to increase the CO2 which sucks and is basic brewery knowledge which everyone should have.At 7 bucks a beer in my opinion they will not be able to compete the likes of Greenwise or Hooters across the street. The least they could do is put their best foot forward and decrease the fridge temps for an ice cold experience and increase the CO2 for a better than flat beer. I am all for small businesses to thrive but the staff who pours the drinks seems to lack the understanding to enhance the brewery experience. Stone faced and lack of emotion.
