The Wright Kinda BBQ

The food was okay, this food Truck was at my apartment complex and I could tell the ribs had been sitting out for awhile. It came with BBQ sauce but it wasn't the best I would recommend getting that on the side.

Burnt ribs raw chicken initially the lady told me it would be $43 and I explained I only have $23 so she took that and once I got home I knew why it was disgusting. Ask the owner for my $ he refused.

awful, horrible food...out of side dishes on menu, when the truck arrived - remaining sides offered, sub parovercooked chicken, overpriced!!!we do not recommend this food "wright kinda bb" truck ever prepare or serve food againhorrible! just horrible inedible!!!

almost $15 dollars for this misery! Literally just a teaspoon worth of pulled pork!..

Honesty and consistency goes a long way. I have travel all over the world the world and I can tell you, this was the worst BBQ ribs I ever had. First of all, I asked for beef and got pork. Only to realize when I was haft way home. I know the difference from pork or beef ribs. Brother, I believe in second chances but from chef to chef, this is not it. The ribs were sitting for a while, burnt, lack bbq sauce and the ribs did not fall off the bone. It was like I was eating a bbq rock. I hope this $40 did you well.

I was born and raised here in Florida and I have traveled to several states and always looked for the best BBQ. I can say that this is easily the best I have ever had. The owner is so kind and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. The staff help to make it feel homey. Lately I've been highly disappointed with most chain restaurants service/food but this restaurant restored all of my faith. I had the rib sandwich and baked beans, but I could have easily had much more. Definitely worth giving them a shot while you're around! I wish there were more than five stars to leave. The menu I attached is not the full menu! Stop by and see what else they have! You won't be disappointed!

This Place is newly opened and has really good BBQ. We had pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. The sides of coleslaw, potato salad and corn bread were great. Yes the building is dated, but it was very clean. If you like REAL BBQ of a smoker, than please give this place a try! The meat was very tender, and moist. The BBQ is the best I have had in Hernando county.

I'm a big fan of BBQ, I grew up with good ole homemade southern BBQ and this just wasn't it. Brisket was dry, Mac and cheese was as if they had it sitting out all day long and the corn bread was dry and falling apart. The only good experience from this place was the greens, I couldn't stop eating them! But as I called in my order it was hard enough to have someone who doesn't speak or understand English answer the phone and clearly didn't know how to work there system. That even after she "placed" our order, a male ended up calling us back asking what our order was because it wasn't placed. This place has a lot of maturing to do.

Had a craving for BBQ so I stopped by and ordered a 5 piece chicken wings, also ordered brisket meal with Mac and cheese and potato salad and a rib meal with greens potato salad. The owner greeted us, this tells me he's very confident in his food, met a disgruntled former employee lol. The young lady that took our order was pleasant and efficient. The BBQ sauce is so good I could just drink it know kidding. The Ribs were perfectly cooked, the brisket was excellent just would have liked it a little more tender, the Mac and cheese was very creamy and cheesy the way they should be. Greens were excellent and the best potato salad I have ever eaten. The wings were seasoned perfectly and they were delicious I should have told them I wanted them cooked crispier other than that just yummy. The price is on the high side but definitely worth it. Oh yeah the location is not a help, but again worth going to pick up great BBQ
