The Tap Room At The Hollander

We stayed a few nights at the Avalon (the hotel next door) and started here for convenience, but we liked it so much we ended up eating here several times during our stay. Our first experience was drinks at the pool bar. Taylor was our bartender and he served up some really fun and delicious holiday themed cocktails. He was also incredibly friendly and gave us several recommendations for places to go and see while in St.Pete. Over the course of our stay, we had lunch there twice (the bread is soooo good - you must try a sandwich!) and visited Taylor at the bar at least once more, maybe twice. At some point we also had the chili and it was delicious! Definitely check this place out - great friendly service, easy-going vibe, fantastic bread and tasty cocktails.

Drinks and the shrimp appetizer were excellent... Service was top notch. Love this place!

This spot has different dinner deals on certain days of the week. Regardless of what you order, the food is delicious. I loved The Portabello: huge mushroom caps with broiled melty cheese and a side of a vegetable and creamy mashed potatoes. I also loved their Old Fashioned and jalapeño slaw.It gets busy, but that's because it's also a great spot to socialize.

Fun times! Drinks were cold, the brisket grilled cheese was fiiirrrrreee and service was friendly. All in all... a good time!

Came for thanksgiving lunch. It was packed and we had an hour wait but went to the bar and killed some time with a drink.... I had the salmon with mash potatoes and it was fresh and satisfying. My mom had the pork chop and it was very delicious and the portion was great and came with delicious sweet apples and mashed potatoes. My husband had the chicken parm with bucatini and he really enjoyed it. Overall the food was fresh and very good and service was fast and very pleasing.

We used to be regulars when our son was little. We just came back after a year and didn't even eat. The hostess made a rude comment about our son leaving fingerprints on the window before we could even sit down.Didn't even get an apology when I informed them why we were leaving. We won't be back.

Recently ate and hung out here prior to a Rays game and what a great spot to pre-game. The ambiance is really great, the staff is friendly and the food/drinks are delish. We were told by the hostess they have a pool party on the weekends with a DJ, which looks like a fun time!

The Hollander hotel from top to bottom is one of the most amazing hotels I have yet to stay in. It is a boutique hotel, and every sense of the word it is quaint and beautiful color schemes are gorgeous. People are friendly and the weight staff amazing. Everything about the weekend was fabulous. Thank you again.

Food Service cozy surroundings. Love the Historical history of the building. The pool area. Parking can be difficult at times. Know to run a business costs are skyrocketing. Would like to see local year round residents have smelling of discount program.

The hotel has a very warm charm. The restaurant or Tap Room as its referred to could use a change in the menu. Although the food is usually good I feel that they need to revamp the entree's. The pasta should offer angel hair pasta as an example.And maybe offer more vegetable options instead of just four asparagus pieces.The service staff are amazing and very efficient regardless of how busy they are.5 stars
