The Cookies were beautiful decorated, display is clean, variety of choices. Service was nice, provide my family with some suggestions and the turn out was fantastic!! Atmosphere was dainty, clean and comfortable. Positive energy all around.

What a great place for dessert! Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking off the torturous SR60 in Brandon, I wish I lived closer so I could be a regular. Inside was bright and clean and pink, with cute signs and decorations on all walls.We were immediately greeted and given the spiel since we had never been: cookies with or without frosting, cookie ice cream sandwich with flavors of your choosing, boxes of cookies, or just ice cream.I went with a sprinkle cookie with icing, and it was perfect. I love icing so sweet it makes me shudder, and makes my teeth feel like they are about to fall out, and this hit all those benchmarks.We were told that while the cookies are made in house, the ice cream is not; however, it is made by a local dairy (ice creamery?) and brought in fresh.Go here eat cookies be happy!

The stuffed cookie left me speechless - and stuffed. What a treat! They are decadent to say the least. The banana pudding cookie was unbelievable. These are special occasion worthy! If you have a sweet tooth, this is a must try.

I thought the $3.49 brownie with fudge was better than all of the dozen cookies that I tried. Next time, I'll ask if they can heat mine up or get a fresh one out of the oven and it would be perfect. In my photos I numbered the $25.99 12 mini cookies with 1 being the best and 10 being the worst. I couldn't label the 11th cookie, but just look at the photo. Everything about this shop is cute, the appearance, the homemade feeling of the cookies that are so fresh and good, the unique ice cream flavors. I'm grateful this shop is in Brandon. I was a fan of seeing brownies for sale. Also tried some of the festive cookies & enjoyed how fresh they were. Recommend anyone to drop in and discover this delightful shop.

It was a late-night take-out dinner kind of night and our 8-month-old wasn't having it. Normally, we eat somewhat healthy during the week but after picking up pizza, I said, to heck with it and walked in to The Stuffed Cookie.This was my first visit in. The smell of fresh baked goods and smiling employees welcomes you in. I've been in similar places like this before. Simple but creative dessert shops that bake up a wide range of flavor profiles with ornate decorations.The Stuffed Cookie's forte is taking their cookies and slabbing down a thick layer of locally sourced ice cream between them. For this trip though, I stuck with a 4-pack of their cookies for $11.49 plus tax. The kind girl behind the counter grabbed a box and I had the hard part, picking out cookies.I started with my go-to favorite cookie of all time, the chocolate chip. I also got a caramel apple, cinnamon roll and a banana pudding. Here's my take on each cookie:The Chocolate Chip: This cookie was good! Soft and a little bit under-baked. Plenty of chocolate chips. The dough was sweet and it was an all-around solid chocolate chip cookie.Caramel Apple: This cookie was our favorite out of the selection. It was one of those really nice looking one with icing and toppings. The icing was creamy and sweet and topped with a thick caramel drizzle. I was expecting more of an apple taste but this cookie is the epitome of what you expect from a place like this.Cinnamon Roll: A cinnamon roll flavored cookie that had bits of cinnamon in it like a roll would. The icing wound on top was cream cheese and reminded me of a bakery treat you can get at Publix. We liked this one but it wasn't our favorite.Banana Pudding: This cookie turned out to be a stand-out for us. I got it because my wife prefers baked goods and pastries and figured she would like this one a lot. The banana flavor was prominent and the cookie itself was almost like a piece of banana bread. The icing on top rounded it out. Imagine digging a spoon into a big bowl of banana pudding and taking a bite. That sums up this cookie and it was our favorite.All in all, The Stuffed Cookie is a solid spot. If you want gourmet cookies in the East Brandon/Valrico area, check this place out. Cookie ice cream sandwiches are their forte and I'll be sure to try that next time!

I had a coupon for a free cookie. I figured why not give them a shot. The service was great and the cookie was pretty good. It's thicker than normal cookies. As the name suggests, there's a lot of "stuffing" in their cookies.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place for you. We did the 6 pack of cookies to have some variety. The classic banana pudding one is by far my favorite. It tastes just like the original dessert.The place has a cute little vibe & was extremely clean. Staff was really sweet & helpful with recommendations. Definitely will be back to try other cookies.Price in my opinion wasn't too bad, cheaper than some of the other places. Quality makes it worth it. Paid about $20 for 6 cookies

Where do I go when I have a sweet tooth craving? Stuffed cookie always top the list. The option to choose from cookies with a tasty topping on it, or amazing tasting ice cream to go with the cookie. Either or I choose from... I love the cookies, vibes, and friendly staff. The establishment is beautiful and I have zero complaints. I recommend going to Stuffed Cookie over Crumbl. Personal preference.

Amazing taste! I can't wait to get back to try other flavors! I had the biscoff ice cream and biscoff cookie. So sweet and yummy. It didn't need the icing, though it was a nice touch! Hidden secret in the plaza down Brandon Blvd.
