raw score: 3.13/5Listen, the only reason I had a good time eating here was because I knew what I was doing when it came to items to choose and I had the fortunate experience of eating with family. Otherwise, the wait time coupled with food quality compared to price was just not worth it. I got the short rib and mac and cheese and ate them together which was pretty good. What the short rib lacked in what should have been braised tender juiciness, the mac and cheese (that was barely al dente) made up in texture. The flavors were good pretty good considering, but textures could have been way better, there weren't many "melt in my mouth" moments. It came out to something like 60$ (if I were to price it all as an individual meal). My girlfriend also got a steak frites as labeled on the menu (steak with french fries). My advice would be to spend the money at Costco buying a large slab of ribeye, cutting 1 1/2 inch steaks out of it, salting over night on a wire rack and putting it in your oven at 270F for 40 minutes then searing on each side for a few seconds. because a 12 Oz. Steak that tastes "pretty good" shouldn't be 60$. Would I eat it again? Considering it took an hour an a half to get to me (for context I was with 8 other people) and the restaurant has a twing of cigarette smoke from the open air design neighboring the slot machines. Not really. Unless I was invited to go out with family again,I would definitely not consider this, especially as a "first date pick". The casino has enough money where I don't feel bad being extremely raw with this review. What the establishment should take away here are key notes regarding food quality, make up in food quality what the restaurant ambiance is lacking.

My dining experience was so good at The Rez that I went to this restaurant twice. It is convenient obviously if you are staying at The Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. I really liked the fact that this restaurant was always readily available. Some of the other restaurants had really long waits which was not really ideal considering I was hungry. The smoked old fashioned was amazing. I mean I definitely paid extra for the smokiness but it was very worth it. Also, my filet mignon was definitely on point cooked to the right medium rare texture. The other evening, I had some of their shrimp, corn chowder, and Caesar salad. My most favorite dish had to be the filet mignon. The best part of this restaurant had to be the service. The waiters were definitely above and beyond hospitable. I would definitely come back here again if there isn't a hurricane lurking nearby.

The Rez Grill was amazing. We were there for a Company Christmas Party, and we were treated like royalty. The food was tasty, drinks were delicious, and the ambiance was fun.

It was my first time dining at the Rez Grill and it honestly couldn't have been a better experience! The service, the food, the drinks, the ambiance of the place- amazing. We went to try their Sunday brunch which they have every Sunday from 11-4pm and is $55 dollars a person for an appetizer, entree, dessert and bottomless mimosas/bellinis which was incredible. Their menu options are extensive and we also got a pastry board for the table and it was delicious. I loved the bottomless mimosa service because they made sure your glass was never empty lol. For food, I tried the mushroom soup, the steak & eggs, and the Guinness cake. I'm a huge Guinness lover and they ran out when I ordered it, but the chef and waitress were nice enough to find an extra piece for me to try and it was incredible. Honestly I can't complain one bit about anything. If you're going to the Hard Rock for any reason or are looking for a place to have a nice brunch, definitely check out the Rez Grill!

Went to this location for brunch with girlfriends on a Saturday afternoon. It was great vibes, great energy, and the food was good. If you are a member of the Hard Rock rewards points you get half off of the brunch. Customer service was great. The drinks were really good

Walked in before heading to a concert, and they had a 45-minute wait, and it didn't look busy. We opted to sit at the bar and order dinner. The food took a bit longer than expected but tasted ok. I could have used a little bit more flavor or salt, but everything was hot and fresh. The ambiance was inviting and would come back to try other menu items.

We were going to a show at the hard rock and wanted a nice dinner. This is a bar/ restaurant in the casino. Service was nice . Our server took for ever to get drinks. My $24 smoked old fashioned was good but the big presentation was $$$. The waiter even waved the smoke at me ? We ordered the delicious Brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese that was ok. Large portions. We shared the chicken and waffles. It was very good but bland. Breading needed some salt and pepper. The waffles were good. We waited for the server to return but we were out of drinks for a while. We ordered them and ask for hot sauce. He took forever and when he saw us he ran to the bar and ordered the drinks. He forgot them. We never got the hot sauce either. We always tip good but I only tipped 15% which is rare. Wouldn't go back. I think I'll try council oaks next.

We had a birthday brunch here and it was fantastic!! It's right across from Sugar Factory. Our waitress did a stellar job making sure all 8 of were taken care of. The food was delicious we paid about $77 each for brunch unlimited, Bellini's and mimosas and the tip. We were kinda of loud with talking and laughing and we didn't feel like we were doing to be out out. So it's great for a fun group. For the brunch you choose one appetizer, 1 entree and 1 dessert. There is a nice selection. You get a basket with pastries and the unlimited mimosas and Bellini's were good and she never had an empty glass. I would certainly come back.
