The Regent

I recently went to The Regent for a work event and we were seated on the second floor in a sectioned room. Beautiful chandelier in the middle of the room, wood floors, plenty of seating and the staff was wonderfully friendly. They have a large staircase out front for photos. The bathrooms were very clean and the pricing for rentals are posted on their website which I think is transparent and fair. The facility is owned by HCC and is located in the middle of a residential neighborhood (which is kind of odd) off of Bloomingdale. I don't think I'd choose this as a wedding reception venue, but it worked perfectly for our work group!

Amazing space! Great People! The people there are a good group of people to work with. Plenty of parking and easy access to get into. The interior is beautiful.

The REGENT is an EXCELLENT venue! You'll find everything you need there all wrapped up in one elegant package. The Regent is the PERFECT choice for your next event - absolutely beautiful inside and outside of the building, with ample parking. The decor is top-notch and accented stylishly by the most decadent chandeliers!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and certainly go out of their way to make sure your event turns out as you had hoped!! Every event is a GREAT success at The Regent! We have been to at least a half a dozen really terrific events there.

I had my wedding at The Regent earlier this month. The entire wedding went smoothly. The event manager (Faith) is easy to communicate with. She responded to my emails in a timely manner. She is also professional and friendly. Faith was able to give my wife and I an initial tour of the venue via Facetime (we live out of state). The venue has a courtyard and ballroom. The Regent provides white outside chairs for the courtyard, rectangle and circle tables, and certain color table clothes. On the day of the wedding they will allow access to the venue 6 hours before the ceremony. They have a bridal suite for the bridesmaids and a conference room area for the groomsmen. They allow 5 hour total of event time (wedding/reception). The outside terrace has marble floors. There is ample parking here. Many of the guests at the wedding commented on the regal look of the venue. If you are having a wedding in Tampa, I would recommend for you to choose The Regent as the place to start your happily ever after. You will get alot of value for a good price.
