The Wife heard about this place from her parents , who probably were last here in the 90's (the 1990's for you youngsters). We were looking for someplace new to us that would give is a pretty drive in the country.This place was perfect! We went early on a Wednesday evening and were the only ones in the place. Had our pick of tables outside. Know what made this really perfect? No background music to talk over. It was really nice and peaceful and we could actually have a conversation! Wonderful!So I had the Fish & Chips. Really light and flavorful! Plus delicious fries and broccoli that was not mushy. Loved my meal. The Wife asked the server, what are your three top sellers, and from that list she picked the Shrimp Combo (grilled, fried, and coconut). Also an excellent choice. That came with more rice than she could finish!They have bottled beer (too many for me to list) and The Wife had a strawberry daiquiri in honor of her brother (he's coming down next week and so she had to taste-test for him).Will definitely be back. This is a keeper. Next time, going to try a filet. Excellent prices so need to test the quality!Highly recommend The Port

Have been going here for years. The food has always been great. I like the shrimp and scallops with the Caribbean jerk spice. Soooooo good. The service is always great. The owners are dedicated to giving you the best experience food and service. Highly recommend

We showed up on our boat right before two storms converged over the Lake. Great view ambience! Easy portage on our pontoon at the restaurant. You can come by boat, car or camp nearby. The food here is what I remember from years ago. The grouper sandwich is just a bit as good if not better with new owners since I was here last. Best real grouper sandwich around and I live in Sebastian! The garlic butter and shrimp, steak, Florida Lobster and Cracker Appetizer were so much better than Cherry Pocket!!! We will be back soon very soon, maybe tomorrow, Florida Born and Raised here. Great job yall!!!

Great place that is full of locals. Love the location, by itself and on the water. Never had a bad meal and the service was always friendly and professional.

We have been here twice. The first time we had the crab cake sandwich, cheeseburger and fish tacos. The crab cake was ok, the cheeseburger was good and the fish tacos were good, however the fries were steak fries and they were cold. We did order the gator tail but didn't get that. Server didn't say they didn't have it so not sure if he just forgot or they were out. We did not get charged so it didn't really matter. The second time we went we had catfish, and patty melt. The catfish was ok but the breading/batter didn't stay on it. The patty melt the bread was very thick and the onions could have been cooked more. The fries were regular fries this time and they were luke warm.If you are looking for fancy this isn't it. If you are looking for good food with a very nice view this is your place.We chose this place because it was close to our new house and we will more than likely return.

1 of our favorite restaurants to frequent every winter while we are in Florida. Great food at reasonable rices. Full bar & oysters on the half shell. Rustic aquatic environment right on a lake.

Great location and menu, unfortunately had a bad experience with burnt conch fritters, burnt hush puppies, and sour Cole slaw. Positive was the cold beer. Should have listened to the local that said to just get a burger.
