Nutrition Factory really is a hidden gem. In comparison to some of the other custom bowl restaurants, they don't have as many options but the quality is so much better. Everything is seasoned to perfection! If you're unsure what to try, the chilled tofu, mushrooms, and salmon are *chefs kiss* and if you don't care for a bowl they have smoothie options too. Oh, and it's attached to a gym. Even still, they have seating both inside and outside and it honestly doesn't feel like you're sitting and eating at a gym because of the way it's all separated.

Second time I come to this place and it's legit AWESOME every single time. Fresh ingredients and great flavors. If I lived in the area I would come here constantly.

I was in the neighborhood so decided to stop by the Nutrition Factory for a protein drink (the banana peanut butter one), which was very reasonably priced. I decided to also pick up a bowl for dinner (pesto chicken, kale, cauliflower rice, and broccoli with cilantro sauce). Both items were delightful and the staff very friendly.

Fresh salmon! Best salmon you'll find on a bowl in Tampa. Friendly service, great prices, delicious food. Guilt free healthy lunch & high protein sweet snacks to take home. The protein cinnamon rolls with sprinkles or Nutella are amazing. One stop shop, and right next to the gym.

Love this place. Healthy, fast, tasty, affordable! I had a bowl w sweet potatoes noodles, citrus chicken, grilled steak, sweet potatoes and mushrooms w avacado sauce. The smoothies are always delicious & the portion sizes are not bad for the price. I highly recommend trying them out.

Why 4 stars? Because this was a very solid bowl. --- --- ---There are fewer things that would make me happier than to hear that Fresh Kitchen is opening a new location in Carrollwood near my house. But I've been holding out for that for a long time now, so I figured it might make sense to check out some alternatives. The Nutrition Factory isn't exactly in Carrollwood, but it's about half the distance to the nearest Fresh Kitchen in South Tampa, so I thought it was definitely worth checking out.The concept is very similar to FK, as are the options available and the quality of those options. I'd give a slight edge to FK in those last two categories, but I did enjoy my bowl from The Nutrition Factory very much. I hate to compare businesses in a review, but I think anyone who's been to both places would notice the similarities pretty apparently.For anyone who is not sure of the location of The Nutrition Factory, it's sort of located inside of Powerhouse Gym, but has its own entrance and you do not have to be a gym member to access it. I will definitely be visiting again many times in the future!

Freeeeesh!!! That's it! That's ALL!! Had the Balanced bowl with coconut ginger citrus rice, kale, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, pico, and salmon. Every bite had amazing flavor. I had the lime cilantro sauce to top it off.
