Finally checked this spot out and was not disappointed! It was happy hour from 4pm-7pm Monday-Friday. We came on a Friday around 5:30pm and were seated immediately. Plenty of seating inside and outside. I ordered the Lava Drops, which are individually rolled nori and rice balls stuffed with spicy kani salad and cream cheese cooked tempura style. It is topped with eel sauce and spicy mayo. This was a happy hour item. It was good! I also ordered The Onolicious, which is birria style cooked beef and chihuahua cheese in a fresh egg roll. It is served with a chipotle aioli. This was $12. I ordered That's Amore Roll, which is spicy tuna (I swapped for regular tuna), cream cheese, cucumber, topped with eel and avocado and drizzled with spicy mayo and eel sauce. This was $16. This was excellent!I also ordered The Hunter Roll, which is shrimp tempura, cream cheese, avocado, and cucumber. It is topped with tempura whitefish, avocado, eel sauce, spicy mayo, wasabi mayo, scallions, and smelt roe. This was $15. Excellent and fresh! Would come back and recommend! Had a great variety of rolls and other items!

The Lure is always a great choice! We got Joey's Big Ass Meatballs to start, and I had a bowl--so good! The birria grilled cheese is my absolute favorite. The vibe here is great, the drinks are on point, and it's always busy--which is a good sign. Sometimes it can be tough to get a table, but it's totally worth it.Highly recommend if you're looking for good comfort food or sushi!

This restaurant literally has everything you could possibly crave. They have sushi, sandwiches, tapas, flatbreads, tacos, etc.We got a combination of sushi rolls, birria tacos, and nachos with carne asada meat. This was definitely much more food than we could eat!Wifey said the sushi was bomb! I really enjoyed the tacos. The consommé that came with the tacos was delicious. The tacos themselves were also delicious and so were the nachos.Overall, this is a must try place if you happen to be in Saint Pete!

We did not eat but did stop in here for a couple of drinks. They have excellent prices (refreshing since I was visiting from south Florida!) and they do daily specials. The drink I got was delicious. (I forgot what it was called. I think it was in the tiki section of the menu.) it was also really pretty! The vibe there is really casual. There are pool tables. The food looked good. Would definitely go back for lunch. Service was not bad but nothing exceptional. The bartender didn't really speak to us much. I did love the shirts! They said "Redsocks and Yankees Suck" which spelled out "RAYS"

What a fun and fantastic place. On a recent trip to St Pete we wandered around for awhile before deciding to give "The Lure" a shot. Boy were we happy with the choice. It's essentially a Bar / Restaurant but unlike many bar / restaurants, the food is fantastic ! We had the nachos with carnitas, the bire stuffed Onoculous egg rolls, the tinga chicken tacos. We also ordered the Cori sushi roll. The have a decent to good selection of craft beers, an ok wine list and a fully stocked bar. The servers all seemed really great (especially ours). I really look forward to coming back to try some of the other awesome things on the menu.

Last minute decision to grab dinner and sushi was the choice. The Red Dragon Roll was the true winner as my favorite. Spicy Tuna Roll was just okay. My biggest issue was that it was not spicy. Good packaging for a delivery as I greatly appreciated them not squeezing my rolls into a small container.

We were looking for a good local sushi place and this one was highly recommended. They even had a large sushi roll menu to choose from (the entire back side of the large printed menu was specialty sushi rolls). But overall, the sushi was just average. Not to say the sushi tasted bad, but it wasn't anything special. We have had some grocery store sushi that has compared to the rainbow roll. When the rolls first came out, I was surprised to see how small they were. I have paid for $15-$17 sushi rolls before, and they have always been a bigger size with more quality fish added to them. These rolls were much smaller than I would have hoped, and the rainbow roll was topped with extremely thin pieces of fish. This surprised me especially because the price tag was $18.50 each. I would have thought we earned a little more fillings in our roll. And again, the flavor was nothing special so this meal ended up being a very expensive yet average small meal. Looking beyond the food, the inside of the restaurant very clean and welcoming with an upscale interior. Service was decent, and we got our food pretty quick with no problems. We most likely won't come back here as I am sure there are MUCH better sushi restaurant options in the area at a MUCH more affordable price.

Tried the Marley for happy hour, which is wonton crisps topped with braised pork belly. Not bad, but I found the pork belly to be too tough and dry, so would probably not order this again. Will stick with my favorite -- the ahi tuna poke.
