Our favorite lunch place at the #spongedocks in #tarponsprings. The chicken pita is delicious albeit a bit messy And their Feta fries are perfectly crispy, drizzled with a light lemon sauce, then generously Sprinkled with Feta and Oregano; absolutely craving worthy.They also do Plain fries, Garlic fries and Greek fries as well as Beer Battered Onion Rings (need to try those sometime but how do I justify them and the Feta fries )Everything is so fresh and made to order, very nice people and outdoor only seating with a nice view of the boats moored and the Anclote River. They do only take cash but there is a universal ATM by the ordering window if you forget. Afterwards go for a stroll or shopping along the Sponge Docks. Makes for a perfect afternoon especially this time of year

Cash only! I'm putting this because I pre-ordered two wonderful Gyros and I forgot they were cash only. I got to the window. They were already made. I didn't know what to do. The owner quickly piped in. "Please just pay us whenever-come back another day " That was the most genuine thing I've heard.I actually live close by so I ran home, ate my delicious Gyro and returned back with cash. He was actually rather upset with me that I made a special trip the same day God bless! THE BEST food and local people!

The food here is absolutely incredible. In my opinion, the best chicken on the docks; HOWEVER, and this is a huge "however," the owners and employees are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my travels. They have an overall lack of respect for their customers. I've visited here over a dozen times throughout my visits to Florida over the past several years, and every time I've witnessed the same behavior. Having worked in the food service industry, I'm pretty understanding of the stresses of owning a business and customer service, but their demeanor from the first moment of interaction with customers is just downright rude. I once witnessed them berate an employee for apologizing to a customer for the long wait. As much as I love the food - and truly I cannot emphasize enough how delicious it is- and love supporting the businesses on the Sponge Docks, this is one I will be skipping moving forward. I simply want to frequent establishments who actually value their customers. For those of you who still choose to visit, they are a cash only facility but have an ATM on-site.

Great food and great location. Got the Greek salad and garlic fries and it was delicious. It's nice to sit and watch the boats too.

Good food and good prices it has great ambience by the water & fast service! Best of all seating is outside so dogs are welcome.

Yummy Greek food with a view! You order at the counter then grab a table on the dock. Food comes out pretty quick and is very good. Highly recommend and will be back!

The Limani's fry game does not disappoint! This restaurant is counter service only with seating right on the water in Tarpon Springs. Easy to miss because of its small size, The Limani is located near the center of Dodecanese Blvd which is the main road of the Sponge Docks. I highly recommend their feta fries! They were amazing. Overall, this spot is a nice place to hang out with some good food and enjoy the weather and views.

Biggest and best gyro I've ever had. And a nice seating area along the river to enjoy it.

Eat on the docks & enjoy the food. The Limani salad w chicken is the best & the gyro is a family favorite. You won't be disappointed.
