Food was fresh but not authentic. Service was good. The place looks like a dated diner but over all the restaurant is clean. I ordered a Cuban, tostones, a Jupina, and café con leche.I did enjoy the fresh tostones. Everything else was just ok. Like I mentioned it's NOT authentic Cuban food. Run like an American diner not Latin at all.

Got a steak sandwich with onions on Cuban bread. Everything was tasty. The bread tasted fresh, the steak was well cooked and well seasoned and the onions had a little crunch without being under or over cooked. If you looking for ambience then maybe this isn't the place but for a good meal...I recommend.

It's fine for a quick bite, but I wasn't fully impressed. The inside is very diner/casual style. The name says Cuban Sandwich shop, but the food isn't authentic. At first, I got the Italian steak sandwich but the meat was extremely over salted, so I had to send it back and change my order. The server was very nice/quick about it and the Steak and Onion steak sandwich I got as the replacement was fine, nothing impressive but also not bad.

The server we had was friendly and the building was very rustic looking, could be slightly cleaner but not bad. There wasn't any music playing so it was just quiet overall inside. The stuffed potato was hot on the outside but cold on the inside for the beef, seemed like it was heated in a microwave. The roasted pork was delicious though, the yellow rice was alright and the Cuban and fried plantains were excellent. Not really wowed, just an alright experience

Can't remember ever visiting this place but the signage looks super familiar. I got a steak & onion sandwich on Cuban bread ofc and will return to try the Spanish beef stew. The service is welcoming & my order began was pretty quick. This is my definition of mom & pop. It feels nostalgic of my days as a kid with my Grandpa touring the city. I'm sure to revisit & will post more photos as I do!

A favorite weekend breakfast spot for us. Their breakfast specials are a great value and made to order. We also love to order a Cuban Sandwich to go, for tailgating before a concert or sporting event. Last week, we went to have a fav dinner - the liver and onions. Always hits the spot! Great neighborhood find - staff is always smiling and friendly.

The food was okay, I had the three eggs, bacon and three pancakes. Some of my pancakes were burnt. As far as the service, The waitress was very kind and attentive. The ambiance was very dark inside of the restaurant. It wasn't bad but there are better places in town to go to.

This place was really awesome !! The staff took good care of us. The food was great, and was tasty. The prices were great !!! The ambiance was good too, a lot of Tampa Bay workers were eating lunch or gathering around with old friends. It's a cozy place for lunch. I give it 5 stars !!! My first time there, and I will always come back for hometown Cuban sandwiches. Thank you guys for a great lunch !!! This is a hidden gem. Never knew a gem like this existed.
