Now we're talking!! Great food, excellent service and nice ambience, all in one. The place was mobbed, and yet the service was excellent. Nyasia, our server, was great. Eddie, the GM, came to the table multiple times to make sure we were pleased with everything. The food quality was outstanding. The portions were more than ample. We will be back for sure.

We thought we would give The Cellar a try since they recently opened. Walking in, the interior was quite elegant, the servers smartly dressed, looking refined. We were served by Shawn who was very personable and attentive. My wife ordered a Caesar Salad which was very good, but no anchovies. I ordered the Calamari which was a generous portion and very tender. My wife ordered the Chicken Alla Parmigiana and I had the Crusted Lamb Chops. The chicken was good, served with spaghetti that had the sauce mixed with it. My plate came with 6 chops, green beans and mashed potatoes. Very tasty. I was pleased to see lamb on the menu as lamb chops are my favorite dish. We are eager to try all the items on the menu, so we will definitely be back.

Coming from a Jersey girl, this is exactly what Sebring needed! Food was excellent here, started off with the Zuchini Flowers and the Pear & Cheese Pasta app, both were fresh and delicious! I tried the Chicken Marsala for my dish and it came with 3 pretty big pieces of chicken, pasta and green beans! Liz, our server was great! Would come back here!

Pay no attention to the 1 star troll below, we were apprehensive about dining here after reading his review but we had reservations and decided to give them a chance being a new restaurant here! I'm so glad we did! We started with the steakhouse salad and I had the lobster bisque! I almost needed a knife to cut the chunks of lobster up in the most amazing soup ever! My wife had the Sinatra chicken which she loved and I had the osso buco! It absolutely melted in my mouth, it was delicious! We finished with tiramisu which was delicious too! Little above average price but for the service and ambiance it's to be expected! We will definitely return!

A group of 10 visitors to the area took a chance and everyone without exception had one of the best Italian dinners. Great selection of food and wine. Can't recommend it enough. If you go ask for Shawn for your server. The best.

great surroundings. I had Chicken Oscar that was served with mashed potato and 3 asparagus spears. potato was cold and ?? may have been instant. the asparagus had the ends left on that were not good. sauce , lump crab and chicken was hood. The crusty bread served with oil and herbs was tasty. I had cream brûlée and it was very crunchy on top tasted good came with 1 strawberry and a teaspoon of whip cream. The wait staff were attentive.$$$

Just outstanding. We have been several times and hands down this is the best restaurant in the Sebring area. The service and attention to detail is top notch, as is the food. You have to try that veal chop, so succulent. We went tonight again for Valentines. They had a menu specifically for tonight. We both had the Osso Buco which was amazingly good. Service was impeccable We ended up sitting at the bar because all reservations were full...Celeste was our bartender and she was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner even came and asked how everything was. Treat yourself!!!

Everything about our dining experience was perfect. From the time you arrive you realize this is a notch above anything else here. This is fine dining.We decided to try a few items. Libations: 2 glasses of wine each. Starter: Calamari with peppers. Perfectly prepared and the peppers were subtle letting the squid shine. Entrees: Chicken Picatta with linguine. The sauce was phenomenal. Veal Oscar (Veal with crab and asparagus). I cut the Veal with a fork. The pan sauce with crab outstanding. And it was nice to see the culinary touch of peeling the outer skin on the asparagus. Add on: Perfectly seared scallops. Dessert: Creme Brule and coffee. It was nice to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and dining experience. There are many restaurants in our town I enjoy for various tastes. But this place isn't going out to eat. It's dining and there's a difference. And it's worth every cent!
