The Burger Station

When we arrived, I'll be honest, I didnt expect much, but boy was I wrong.This old building, made of rock, has an amazing view of the lake, seating inside and out.We ordered inside, I got the Mishroom and swiss burger, and it was AMAZING. The seasoning was perfect, the meat was tender and juicy and the mushrooms were to die for.We left and took a ride, before we came back for sundaes. Oh Man, the caramel sunday was exqusife and so messy! But it was the best Ive had in forever.I cant wait to go back

Best burger in Central Florida! Their fries, onion rings and cole slaw are also excellent. Their prices are super reasonable--you'll pay more at BK or McD's. Also, if you like real, old-fashioned milkshakes, this place is a MUST stop. Thank me, later...

This cute little burger joint and ice cream stand nestled away in a small barely known town in Central Florida called Hernando City. The service was friendly, and the food was amazing, from the massive all beef hot dog to the mushroom swiss double cheeseburger. They even have a small beer and wine selection. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely consider coming back.

This is one of those local places that people love based on nostalgia more than the food, IMO. My daughter and I are not from around here but stopped in today on our way to the fair. Based on the reviews I was expecting a hidden gem. The building is very old and cool in its own right. But the food was just ok. I had the Burger Station burger and my 4 year old had a cheeseburger kids meal. The burgers were just ok. Kind of dry. Not hot and juicy by any stretch. And I can't stand crinkle cut fries. If you love it, I apologize. It was just ok for us.

Took a little adventure away from home in search of a great burger and Burger Station almost sealed the deal. It is a very cute and very small establishment. Burger Station is definitely family owned and a local favorite and you can see why. When we got there the line was fairly long, about 4 people in front of us. The line went very quick. After we ordered we found a seat outside and waited for our meals to arrive. Burgers took about 15/20 minutes to come and and we both dug in! My only qualm with the mushroom Swiss burger was that the mushrooms weren't fresh. They were canned mushrooms. The burger station burger with bacon was very delicious so next time I would definitely get the regular burger and forgo the mushrooms. Overall it was a pretty good burger with a great hometown atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing food and service! The restaurant itself is beautiful and you can see the lake from the front! If you go you HAVE to get the sweet potato fries and marshmallow fluff dip, they're to die for.

I went here on Labor Day weekend, I got there an hour before they closed, it wasn't busy at all. Food was good, the service was extremely quick. I got the Burger Station Burger and it did not disappoint. The only thing though is that I wasn't able to pay with apple pay, so be ready to pull out your card or cash. Overall, the place was great and very welcoming.

A great local spot. Small menu that packs a huge punch. Delicious burgers. Great prices. Some of the best wings I've had. I reccomend the mushroom swiss master.
