Tasty burgers and cheap pricing def will buy again! Try it out is way better than mcds or wendys. We got buy one get one free burger on uber eats.

Smokey Bones is running a ghost kitchen for "The Burger Experience" at the Citrus Park location.  I got the address for The Burger Experience, and drove over to get takeout... and the address was for Smokey Bones. I called them, placed an order for a Classic Cheesburger :Small overcooked patty, cheese overcooked also... no tomato, onion, lettuce or pickle, and no sauce (which is mentioned in the ordering menu) - Subbed Onion Rings for fries, and a drink.  Fries were from frozen (meh) and the drink was maybe 6 oz? $15.14. I would have been better off at McD's and I detest McD's!Avoid at all costs!

I came here for a good tasting burger. When we arrived we noticed it was a ghost kitchen inside of Smokey Bones. We ordered our food at 11pm. Was told because they were "busy" it would take 30 minutes. We ordered our food at 11:15pm. It is currently 12am. When we finally did get our food, we were told everything was fresh. My friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger along with wings, the wings were cold, felt like they were microwaved. The burger I got was a classic burger and had no sauce on it. No toppings and was cold to the touch. This place is a scam that just wants to take your money.

I love me a good burger, but this one was GREAT! Got the classic combo with Cajun fries. Mmm... definitely hit the spot. Watch out In & Out you got yourself a real contender here! Would highly recommend.

Wouldn't feed this to my dog, got 2 burgers that tasted like gas, and cold fries rather spend $30 at Wendy's

"You've never experienced burgers like these...' Yeah, you're right I haven't. Congrats. The whole experience was terrible. I ordered through DoorDash of course. To start things off my fries were soggy. Droopy to say the least. My burger was cool. None of the extra ingredients like tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, nor onions were added to my order. Which I made a point to include. I mean, come on, I'm not a savage. The side of chipotle Mayo that I requested specifically so that it wouldn't sod up my burger was also neglected which I did indeed pay for. But alas it wouldn't have made a difference. The bun was flat as a pancake and sodden with grease. The patty itself was too over cooked. Even the soda was watered down from sitting around for so long. Point is, they operate out of Smokey Bones and it seems to me that they have enough on their hands with that business. I will not be returning and I strongly encourage others who are reading this to follow suite unless you would like your "meal" to be met with the same fate.

Horrible! Ordered twice from the Clearwater location and biggest mistake! First time, we literally got a plain burger on a bun, nothing else, no ketchup, no sauce, no toppings, nothing. Why we tried again is beyond me. My burger never made the order, I ordered mushrooms and onions and I guess it was too much for them to actually make anything different so they charged me for it and didn't send it. Spouse ordered a burger without cheese. Every burger had cheese and they were all made the exact same way. We didn't get any of the options selected, it was completely ignored. We ordered from UberEats and the driver waited forever for our order. So what we did get was cold and soggy. Fries were inedible. The toppings they chose to add were thrown onto the burgers, not placed on the burger. It looked like a 2 year old added the toppings, half of them weren't even on the burger. They claim to add an experience sauce to the burgers but I guess the experience is a secret because we didn't get it with either order. The first order the plain burger with nothing on it, just a few ketchup packets thrown into a bag. Our order tonight had some ketchup on it. Again, they don't give you what they tell you is on the burger or honor the options they allow you to select. They just give you whatever they feel like and it will all be the exact same thing. I would not order from this place again and don't recommend anyone else order from them. Wasted money twice and still hungry.
