This restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. We thought we'd have a nice dinner but that was not the case. First off the crostini that came out with the lobster bisque was stale. The soup itself was good but by the time the waiter came to check on us it was too late. Secondly the service was very slow. Ordered a second drink before dinner came out and it was delivered after we finished eating, ended up not accepting it. Finally after waiting for another 15 minutes a check came but it ended up being for the wrong table. Had to wait for that to be fixed. Not worth not money as the food was okay at best

The ambiance and decor are wonderful. Our server was attentive and friendly. The Oysters Rockefeller were superb. They were nicely seasoned and fresh. The cocktails were also really good. I had the strawberry infused bourbon drink, and it was really too notch. The disappointment came with our main entrees. The brick pressed chicken was tough and dry, and the skin didn't have the desired crispness one would expect from this type of cooking method. It was underseasoned and underwhelming. The salmon was overcooked and dry. It was also underseasoned. We had high hopes after tasting the oysters and were quickly let down by the meals. On another good note, their Peanutbutter, oreo cheesecake was really tasty, and they gave us a huge portion. For the price, we were disappointed because it seemed like there was so much potential there. The server told us they were known for their steaks maybe we should have tried one. First and most likely, the last time to visit this place.

We picked the best restaurant at Sparkman's Wharf, but the food didn't meet our expectations. Th filet mignon first was overcooked. The second was so salty you couldn't enjoy the meat. The crab cakes were then and giving more crust than lump filling. The lobster bisque was mediocre. Unfortunately we were not allowed impressed. Hopefully you'll have a better experience. Good luck.

Bring your wallet and prepare to empty out for, at best, mediocre food. Lobster bisque: bad, low in flavor. Calamari: very bad, returned it. Ordered steak: decent, it arrived soley, wasn't asked if I wanted a side dish. Cobb Salad: child size. Service: bad, needed to get up to find server for more water at our table. Good ambiance.

Great evening at The Battery. John was a fantastic server and the meal and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend the calamari appetizer, the old fashioned, and the salmon. All were great! Only downside was Florida summer, and they open the large doors for the live music which then introduced several flies we had to swat throughout the meal.

Have been here a few times. It's a great spot to visit if you're in the Channelside area. Usually we'll come here for a quick drink before heading over to a concert at the Amelie Arena. The service is always good and they make great cocktails. It's very well decorated but a little tight on the weekends when it's busier. The food was delicious but was a bit on the smaller portion size in my opinion. Certainly worth checking out.

Family dinner on a Friday night. First time here. Service was great all night - food was really good. Menu is cool because there's a little bit of everything. Tried the charcuterie board, filet, oysters, and halibut. Great drink menu. Didn't get dessert because we were so full but it looked great. Ambiance was really nice - not loud. Great date spot or a family dinner. Reasonably priced as well!

What an amazing experience even in the RAIN! First thing is you definitely need to make a reservation or else they won't seat you. Aside from that everything was sublime! My girlfriend and I are drawn to any place with truffle fries and the garlic aioli was amazing! We ordered the mandatory bolognese pasta which was a 15/10 delicious flavors and sufficient quantity. We also ordered a linguini pesto with blackened chicken to have an additional protein and it is highly recommended even for those who don't like pesto a lot it was a 10/10. We decided to get a nonalcoholic drink and we recommend every single one on the menu. The ambience was very modern and rustic super aesthetically pleasing. Overall a 10/10 experience

Nice hidden spot in Tampa. The decor and ambience was very nice, almost didn't fit the area though. It's located in Sparksman Warf, which is a mostly outdoor area so most people are dressed pretty casual. The waiter was great, very attentive especially since we had a party of about 16. All of the food tasted great and presented nicely. One person had an over cooked salmon in which they had no issue on recooking and fixing. My salmon came out great - tasted great as well. Everyone else had good things to say about their dishes. Thanks for the great service!
