These are the crazy fries, they were good but I think they were upset that we only wanted beef.
They could have put it in an enclosed container but for some reason they didn't
Found these guys at the Brew Hub. Great food

Tried these guys out today while visiting Brew Hub. I had a Chicken Arebas and a Shrimp one for the misses. Both were incredibly delicious but my overall favorite was the shrimp. The staff were helpful and I found out that they had a restaurant in Lakeland which I will definitely have to visit next time I'm in Lakeland. Can't wait to try them again.

They are located on 3239 South Florida Avenue on the weekends. Had the Cachapa - a sweet arepa with cheese and it was delicious. My girl has the pabellón arepa without cheese-- and she especially loved how healthy it was cooked. Some places makes them with a lot of grease. The sauces we're so good-- especially a sweet sauce and the cilantro sauces

I'm really glad Arepazo Grill Venezuelan Food Truck Serving Lakeland & Tampa visited our offices in Tampa. We were in the mood for something different to spice up our day! It's only my second time having Venezuelan food aside Nico's Arepas so I'm not an expert but I liked my meal. One of my coworkers who's well versed in Venezuelan food said the food was authentic and gave it his seal of approval as well! Arepazo Grill Venezuelan Food truck is mostly red with a red brick background, the colors of the Venezuelan flag (yellow, blue, and red), and has several pictures of various dishes they serve on the truck including: Tequenos, Cachitos, Empanadas, Cachapas, and Arepas. The Shredded Pork Empanada with Cheese and Black Beans was well Marinated and filling although I'd recommend getting 2 if you're hungry. 8/10The Cachapas Corn Pancakes filled with Cheese had a sweet taste and was pretty good. 8/10 Pabellon Corn Pocket Empanada stuffed with shredded beef, black beans, sweet Plantains, and white cheese was also well Marinated and flavorful. I really liked the house made 3 hot sauces they provided which provided extra flavor. 9/10The food took less than 10 minutes to come out and the lady taking the orders was pretty friendly. They didn't offer hot sauce, so make sure you ask for it! It's definitely worth getting for some extra flavor and an extra kick!

So never been here before thought we'd try it when we went up to the window the lady at the window did not speak English very well at all I don't think she understood half of what we were saying she had to ask the lady doing the cooking questions in Spanish. Originally we were going to order the empanadas but they were only had cheese left which was fine we decided to try something else instead. They seemed upset that I wanted a receipt I had told the lady that took the order but she didn't hear me I guess. The lady that was cooking asked that we get away from the window so that they can take other orders but they still had not finished taking the order of the people that were with us. They finally hollered out the window something and the people around us told us that I think it's your order and we finally got our order started walking away and I thought where's my soda and couldn't find it in the bag and that's when I discovered they didn't put the Pabellons in a dish that wasn't enclosed.... They were on top of the dish that was closed. (Crazy fries) so we went back up to the window and asked where the soda was and again the lady that took the order did not understand and then the other lady comes back over with an attitude yelled at me and says I'm working on it ma'am..... it's just a can of soda you can't hand me a can of soda? Or have the other woman give it to me? All in all it was a pretty bad experience and the food wasn't worth the price that we paid so one soda, crazy fries and two pabellones was $30.

I LOVE a good food truck and this one is awesome! The ladies working were super sweet, and we went inside Swan Brewing and ordered some beer while we waited for our food. They sent us a text when it was ready, which was great. We had the Piggy Arepa (pulled pork & Gouda cheese stuffed in a corn cake), which was really filling. The meat was tender, but could've used a little more salt and spices. The "spicy sauce" served with the arepa was really good, but not spicy in my opinion. We also had the taquenos, which are Venezuelan cheese sticks and are SO amazing. They were best dipped in the garlic sauce. The yucca sticks dipped in the cilantro sauce was my favorite part of the meal. So yummy! Every time I wanted to try this food truck, it was on the South side. I was excited to finally catch it Downtown & taste a few things. I definitely suggest trying out this authentic Venezuelan food and don't forget to ask for all 3 sauces. Check their Instagram for where they are setup throughout the week.

We experienced this as a food truck at Brew Hub and it paired really well with trying some craft beers. Had no idea how to order but the guys in the truck were pretty helpful. We all got a variety. The empanadas were good, just don't care for the plantains in them. The cachitos with ham and cheese were OK but needed something on it for flavor. The cachapa was quite good with chicken. It is all quite sweet so you have to like that. My husband got the pabellon plate and loved it. He also doctored it all up with the different sauces. Really good overall and again, a perfect base for some tasty drinking too.
