Thai Ruby

Went for lunch today and was greeted promptly..ordered Chicken Pad Thai Medium ...Lunch came with Soup and an Appetizer and a Thai Donut ..Food was served at lightening speed and was hot, fresh and delish....the place was decorated very nicely too when on the area I will be back again?

I paid $25 for Chicken House fried rice(I added shrimp). Asked for a little plum sauce and was yold there is a charge. Was the rice worth $25... NO! The amount you get is in the normal blavk container. I should have went to Thai Palm up the street but want to try this place. They are less expensive , larger quantity and sweet chili sauce or plum sauce is just a free with no issue. I will not be back here. Always go with your gut, I should have.

Came in for sweet and sour chicken and wonton soup. Staff was nice and was able to place the order to go at the counter. Ordered with a specific pick up time given my daughter was getting her hair done in the same plaza and we wanted to pick up dinner when heading home. The restaurant had a few folks dining in upon my arrival to place the order and given the Yelp reviews I read it seemed like a good place to get dinner. The soup I didn't even get a picture of but was ok. Wasn't the best but hubs said it was ok. The sweet and sour chicken however was not appetizing at all! This was actually what our dogs had (chicken only) after none of us wanted it. Won't be back here!

Yearning for Thai cuisine, I scoured nearby options and stumbled upon Thai Ruby, which boasts stellar reviews. Opting for the ease of a phone order, I dialed in my selections: Thai Spring Rolls, Chicken Red Curry, and Chicken Pad Thai. The pickup time was an efficient 30 minutes.Upon arriving to collect my order, I found the restaurant's ambiance delightful, exuding an authentic Thai vibe. With the order in hand, I eagerly commenced my culinary journey.The Thai Spring Rolls initiated the feast, delivering a delightful crunch and delectable flavor, seemingly fresh out of the oven. Transitioning to the main course, the combination of Pad Thai and Red Chicken Curry proved to be amazing--an exquisite, harmonious blend that made for a perfect dinner.The Thai fare from Thai Ruby exceeded expectations. Each dish was delicious and served piping hot, enhancing the overall dining experience. It was truly a culinary indulgence that left me thoroughly satisfied.

I ordered the Tom Yum Tofu soup and Green curry (with vegetables and tofu). Both were delicious. My husband ordered the Panang curry (with vegetables and tofu) and fried wontons (sweet potato and chicken). The orange slices were a nice touch. We both enjoyed our food, but I liked my husband's Panang curry slightly more than my green curry. The staff were friendly. I came on a Friday night and there were only 2-3 other tables taken then.

Amazing food with plenty of vegetarian options. Ended up ordering the Pineapple Curry with tofu. The service was excellent. And the interior decorations were beautiful.

Located at a really small strip mall in Tampa Palms. It's a really small location that serves really delicious Thai food, everything feels very authentic and thoroughly cooked for the lunch special. We were also served a fried Rangoon Thai style and also chicken soup.The interior of the small establishment is very well decorated with lots of Thai centric style. The staff here are exceptionally welcoming quick with serving. Upon entering, they do ask you to hand sanitize prior to sitting down. This is really nice because it reduces the spread of Covid. You also have the choice to seat yourself wherever you want to in the establishment, so you can properly space yourself amongst others. Will be back again!

Had the Pad Thai with pork lunch noodles. Absolutely delicious and amazing service received today! I will be back!

Very average place. Honestly, I hoped for a better Thai food but it was not. I love Thai food and I also spent a good time on Thailand, so I am pretty familiar with a cuisine. I was excited to finally try Thai food in Tampa but I wasn't too happy. Food was very average, nothing special or good. I had so many much better Thai dishes. They didn't have many traditional dishes that most restaurants usually have, like papaya salad or pad see ew. I had pad Thai and wasn't impressed. It also closes very early. I don't think I will be back.

Thai Ruby, When we arrived the place was empty. So I was doubting our date night selection. We were promptly seated and water was served. We looked over the menu and tried to decided. It was great food . ..order mild not medium. If you want something with spicy. Service was great. It began to get crowded as the evening when on. They had several carry outs as well.
