I visited Thai Prime Kitchen & Bar for lunch on a Monday. We sat outside on a beautiful day. We ordered the spicy edamame, shishito peppers, sexy man, Ka Prow Kai and another sushi roll that I can't remember the name.Our server did a phenomenal job with recommendations, especially on the sushi. The two rolls that we ordered were some of the best sushi that I've had in a very long time. The Ka Prow Kai was great but I can't stop thinking about how good the sushi was. They spicy edamame was good, but wasn't that special and I would not recommend the Shashito as they are likely better things on the menu. I can't wait to return and order more sushi!

I had been craving Thai food for god knows how long and when I was looking up some good Thai places in the area, this one popped up! I immediately went to try their stuff during their happy hour (even though I didn't really get anything off their HH menu). The service was great, our server was lovely, and the restaurant itself is super cozy. The food came out and it was so fresh and delicious- I had been wanting drunken noodles (pad ke mao) for a while and this dish was amazing. I got mild spiciness and it was perfect. My friend's sushi looked incredible ($31 for four rolls of sushi) and the mango sticky rice was to die for (just a suggestion to make the rice a little softer because it had a lot of bite, but the flavor was amazing). Can't wait to go back and try the panang curry!

Modern atmosphere, great location, easy parking , was greeted immediately and met soon after by my very kind and attentive waitress. I had the sangria and , spider roll to start, and pad Thai for the main dish. All great balanced flavors and great experience.So much food so I definitely took the rest home.

Simply put, I love Thai Prime. Every time I visit home I make a point to stop in and enjoy some delicious food! The restaurant is in a great area with tons of other restaurants and businesses nearby. The food is great, albeit has gotten smaller in portion size over the years for a higher price. The fried rice is AMAZING! And I will get it every time I go. So many sushi and other options as well. I love the Volcano roll, and the Veggie Tempura was pretty good too. Service is always up to par, and the restaurant is typically lively with a full bar and music playing. Make a point to stop in if you're in the area!

This was first time here. The inside is a bit weird with a very narrow corridor like setting. The menu has a lot of options, mainly Thai dishes and some sushi options. The server was friendly and we ordered our dishes. My friends got theirs a while bfr mine. When I tried my curry dish the potatoes were as raw as can be. I asked for different potatoes, received them but the second ones were raw as well.The curry was tasty otherwise. The bill came and to our surprised we were billed 30$ on a duck dish while no one ordered that. It was disappointing and my friend thought it might he a practice done bfr ( because of the server response to the mistake).

What a great experience.. beautiful decor, friendly staff, wonderful food! A happy hour daily from 3:30 to 7:00pm, lots of options! We had spicy edamame, crispy pork belly, egg rolls, and dumplings for the table. Everything was delicious.I ordered the Ma La Shrimp (Hot & Numbing) ... variety of veggies - red/green peppers, lotus root, onion, Brussels Sprouts, etc. with several lightly battered and fried shrimp. Loved each and every bite. I will absolutely return when I come back to town!

This place is a great find! Walking in, it's small, but they have indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Because the bar is open to the outside, it did make it a bit warm in the restaurant. Our server was a great help as we've never been. She recommended several sushi rolls and dishes and even allowed me to taste the sake before ordering. We ended up ordering a side salad with fantastic, but spicy, ginger dressing dressing and miso soup to start. Both very good. We also got the steamed dumplings. The sauce to dip was amazing and I kept it for my sushi. We also ordered the Salmon salmon, threesome, and funky tuna rolls. All were absolutely amazing and super fresh. Will make this a regular place. Two of us was $100 with alcohol and sushi. Still high, but I think normal.

This is my go to Thai and sushi place in Tampa. Always one of their specialty rolls for an appetizer and then any menu item for main course. Drunken noodles with tofu was my choice on this visit.
