Thai Basil

Thai basil service was amazing. The server was attentive and never let my water go down. I love that kind of service because they really want you to enjoy your meal and want for nothing. The Thai coffee and tea were perfectly balanced in terms of sweet and caffeinated. The chicken basil stir fry had a healthy portion of chicken and wasn't just bogged down with onions. I loved that!! The flavors of this were intense in the right dosage and the sauce from the chicken was so rich I wanted to just drink it! But for the sake of being poised and proper I just poured it on my rice. The dumplings and the sauce were also delicious!! The prices were more than fair for the portions you got, I still had plenty for leftovers. I would recommend Thai basil to anyone wanting a cozy and even romantic setting for a date night or a yummy affordable spot for lunch with friends and family.

I had the egg roll appetizer and Green Chicken Curry. Both were outstanding! I could make an entire meal out of the egg rolls. This was some of the Thai I've had coast-to-coast.My only complaint was the service. I saw her just 3 times. She disappeared for a while, and there were only 2 customers

Haven't been to this Thai Basil in years. Ended up here because they were the only ones open this early on a Sunday. This menu is different than the one further down on W. Bay Dr. We were surprised to see there is no longer Sushi on it and the prices are different. The restaurant was virtually empty at noon on Sunday so the service was excellent. I ordered the vegetables in sweet-and-sour sauce and this was a disappointment. The vegetables were so hard I could barely chew them. I ended up taking most of it home with me so it couldbe re-cooked. Today is Tuesday and I can't honestly remember what my friend ordered but he ate it all so it must've been good. I ordered wonton soup as an appetizer and there were lots of vegetables in it, which surprise me, but they too were hard as rocks and I couldn't chew those either. I think we'll be going to the other Thai Basil restaurants in the future.

First, the food is excellent, the staff is curteous and it is well decorated.The menu is HUGE! The name in front of the restaurant includds "brewery" but they only have 4 beers, which includes a good IPA. I tried a Tamp Roll which I liked!Try it, it is worth it!

My friends recommended this place to me and it was delicious! Great service which was friendly and the food was outstanding. Huge portions for the price so pretty much get two meals for price of one. Highly recommend. One of the best thai meals I've had!

Good Thai food. This was the most flavorful food I've had since my arrival to Clearwater beach and needed a good meal so I left the beach and this is what I found. The servers were nice and inquisitive about where we were from. Good food. Good service. My belly is happy.

Very small Thai restaurant which is very popular with the locals in the area. Service is fabulous. The food was super fresh. We started with hand rolls and fried chicken wings with chili sauce. The hand rolls were stuffed with eel and a very nice portion. The wings were fresh out of the fryer and the chili sauce made a nice touch to the hot wing. Tuna roll had a large portion of sushi in each roll and was very fresh. The poke bowl was packed solid with fresh sushi, edamame, seaweed salad, white rice, and salad. The beef saladWas very flavorful and large portion of beef however, the spicy sauce is a lot so if you don't like your lettuce swimming I would ask for it on sideParking is super tight but there is a dry cleaner next door that you can park at during dinner hours They take credit cardThey do a large take out business tooWe will definitely be back

Thai Basil is open for business! The food and service were fantastic. Please ask for Maddie (server). Generous portions, great quality and freshness. Full bar and very clean. Highly recommend.

The best Thai food in the area!!! By far best pad Thai we've had. So glad we found this spot!

Appetizers were good and service was prompt n pleasant and ambiance was lovely Thai richness of color and decor. Serving plates and dishes were all so beautiful!!! This is a favorite place to come. So much to choose from a well organized menu of delicious curries and fresh veggies n light sauces, etc.
