Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse - Tampa

Our first time visiting this est and I write this as we drive away in our food stupor! From the moment we entered the door we knew we're about to experience something amazing. Every single staff member made us feel welcomed and they went above and beyond in providing us the absolute best service. Our amazing server, Vinicius, was never far from our table and always on hand to ask questions and provide recommendations. We had other servers come back and ask if there was anything we wanted. This kitchen and staff ran like a well oiled machine, bringing out numerous varieties of perfectly seasoned and cooked proteins. The salad bar has its own "Wow!" factor as it's far more than just salad, but a mixture of hot and cold vegetables, various types of salads, soups, side dishes, exotic fruits, etc.. We wanted to sample everything but there is no way that can be done but was a journey for a couple of foodies!I honestly can't say enough about this must-go steakhouse. This is going to become a special spot for us whenever we're back in Tampa. Just be prepare for the meat sweats...it's so worth it.

The service was fast.The ambiance was great.The sides were great as usual but the meat was on the salty side. Before I'm gaslit to believe that we didn't put a lot of salt in the meat, my tastebuds disagree otherwise. I was rather disappointed with the meat that came out and wish it had more flavor without all that salt. The flank steak was the saltiest. Had a bite and wasn't impressed. How to improve, more garlic butter used, less salt in meat.

This is one of the best Brazilian Restaurant I've been to! Their salad bar is so amazing that if you are not a meat lover you still would enjoy it.The meats are so well seasoned and a wide variety. The staff work together as a team which I like because you are always taken care of.And they make the best cairpirnha. I always get the passion fruit.

I've been to many rodizios (e.g. Fogo de Chao, Brazilian / Portuguese restaurants in The Ironbound in NJ). I must admit, this spot takes the crown for being the best rodizio I've ever had.As usual, the meal starts with being provided with yuca fries, banana, mashed potatoes and Brazilian bread. The salad bar has plenty of options too.The selections of meat was incredible. Beef ribs, lambchops, salmon, chicken drumstick, ribeye, sirloin, picanha , garlic steak, etc. Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. It wasn't overly salted like other spots I've been to. If I could provide management with any feedback, it would be to consider adding other meats to the selection such as chicken heart, leg of lamb and chicken thigh. Maybe those options are offered but I didn't see it being passed around or available. Another nice touch was having chimichurri, hot sauce and mint jelly for the meat. It was the first time I had mint jelly. It may not be homemade but I wished it to have pieces of mint or to be homemade.We celebrated our daughter's birthday. The complimentary chocolate cake was greatly appreciated. One of our favorite items towards the end was the grilled cheese and grilled pineapple. The grilled cheese had a cinnamon sugar coating and melted in your mouth. The grilled pineapple was perfect.I look forward to next time trying their desserts (e.g. passion fruit mousse, creme brule, flan). Perfect dinner spot for any occasion! My waiter was great, but don't remember his name. There was a gentleman named Jason who was very nice and helpful throughout the night.

Outstanding - service, food, drinks, ambiance!The appetizer salad section was a meal into itself of fabulous salads, soup, appetizers galore but the stand out was the procession of wonderfully seasoned and grilled meats brought around to the tables. Paired with great cocktails and wine, get an Uber to you get there and back!

If your looking for an upscale buffet, this is your spot. Servers took amazing care of us. You are in control of them stopping at your table with meat of choice. The buffet side are balanced. Everything I had was cooked to perfection. The salad bar offers option for everyone. From pork, seafood, sushi etc. The ambiance is romantic and can still be that of family-oriented. The dessert option are sweet and healty choices. This will definitely be my top 10 spots.

Went to Terra Gaucha and had a good experience for my friend's birthday. The cafe con leche was excellent, and my friend absolutely loved the chocolate martini definitely a standout. Skip the espresso martini and go for the chocolate one instead. Also get the piccanha, great vibe and good drinks overall! The servers spoke Spanish and the service was quick to bring out anything you request.

Came for my birthday dinner and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The restaurant is very nice inside and the service was exceptional. We opted for the full rodizio experience and loved the selection along with the salad bar. My favorite at the salad bar is definitely the million dollar bacon; I could eat that all night. The cheesy bread bites served at the table are so good! Mashed potatoes and caramelized bananas are also served with your meal. The picaña, filet mignon, and ribeye were delicious and well seasoned. I asked for a side of their chimichurri which adds great flavor. Our server was very attentive and would always come by for refills, to clean our table, and to replace our plates throughout our dinner. Definitely look forward to coming back to Terra Gaucha!

This was an experience that should not be missed! I've been to a few Brazilian steakhouse and Terra Gaucha is hands doesn't he best! Fresh, bakery and amazing service as well. Normally I would add a photo. But I want you to go for the experience. Also grab the Brazilian specialty drink. (Apologies I don't remember the name of it) . But it was delish.
