A buncha crunchy, penut butter goodness. Ironically, you don't have to like peanut butter to like this one. Sound crazy, but try it and see.

We went to the truck in Seminole Heights tonight. I had literally just said, "Now I want something sweet" and BOOM , a cookie truck appeared. Right now, it is located near Health Mutt on the other side of the empty lot (see pic). The cookies were sooooo good. We had the Banana Pudding Cookie, Smores Cookie, and a Brookie. All were amazing, but the Banana Pudding Cookie was the unanimous winner. It was so soft and tasted just like I was eating the best banana pudding. The service was also great. I did suggest getting a neon open sign for the back of the truck, so people will be more likely to notice it when heading down Florida Ave. We will definitely be back!

These cookies are the REAL DEAL. I've tried their chocolate chip cookies and their cinnamon rolls, and both are heavenly. The cookies are HUGE and have the perfect soft-to-crispy ratio with lots of chocolate chips. The cinnamon rolls are also huge and pillowy, and the icing is perfect without being too sweet. I literally wait all week to stop by and treat myself. They operate out of the Bakery Box Pop-Up, and they serve you out of the window so it's super convenient and easy. MUST TRY if you're in the area!

SO good - no other cookie place can come close! They do it all, from the classics to fun new flavors, and they do it WELL. My personal favorites are s'mores, cookies + cream, and snickerdoodle, but everything I've tried has been a knockout and I still dream about the Gasparilla special (rum cookie)!Price for a cookie might sound high, but they're colossal and easily shareable. My family likes to get a few different cookie flavas and then everybody gets a piece of each. Go earlier in the week (current opening dates are Thursday to Saturday) if you want to have access to the full selection - classics do sell out!!!
