Tampa Karaoke VIP

This place was exactly what we needed!They have individual karaoke rooms with fun lighting, iPads, and great mics.The iPads are used to search Youtube for songs so...it's HIGHLY unlikely you can't find the exact song you want.The mics are very high-quality, they make you sound better than you actually are.The staff are as friendly as they are beautiful.They have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, most skew on the sweet-side though. I recommend getting a Soju bomb or 2 before heading to your toom. The beer selection is not great. It's mostly light lagers.The bar area has a big dance floor with laser lights.We closed the place down and the staff were even friendly while our drunk asses waited for our Lyft.

I would recommend this venue over the ritz any day of the week. Decent drink prices, good drinks, banging sound system. I think with a few minor fixes this place could easily be 5 stars. I recommend better air conditioning/ more fans, fixing the tile floor and possibly putting a different flooring down- not so great for shows when the floor gets wet the tile is soo slippery. Lastly, definitely needs more parking. Overall, a better energy than the Ritz even if it's not the best location.

We had a great time hanging out for karaoke. The room itself was spacious and we were able to find all the songs we wanted. Heads up: you are searching on an iPad (through YouTube) for your karaoke songs. We felt like it was still more fun than doing karaoke at home since we were able to scream and shout without getting a noise complaint. Service at the bar was quick as well which was great.

Went for karaoke, was super letdown. It's just a tablet with youtube, no machine. The music outside the room from the dance floor was so loud, couldn't hear our own karaoke music. Was just very sketch, we left immediately. Room was barren and very sad :( don't come here if you looking to karaoke. The employees were nice though.

fantastic venue to bring a group to. They've updated their karaoke system--it's not the old multilingual binder thing anymore, it's a simple tablet now. The DJ sets are always great. The flavored soju is good but expensive. Private karaoke room rental is affordable, especially for large groups.

This place is stunning, one of the best venues I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I came here to see Zen Selekta(incredible) for my first time at TK and the bar just has whole bottles of soju you can buy and just drink it like it's a beer hahahaha. Best thing ever! The staff were all so nice and gorgeous too, the door people are so friendly even though I had way too much to drink by the end of it. I will be coming here at every opportunity I have in the future!!

Such a fun and different type of a group night or couples night and a great place to go with friends! They have different size rooms for different size groups and two microphones in each room and you rent by the hour. The microphones "make your voice sound better" and I must say it did help slightly but so did the drinks Average prices for alcohol and they offer pitchers. Cocktails are on average $8 but I recommend getting a pitcher for $45-$55So much fun and can let loose. The rooms are for the most part sound proof but can hear a little in the halls but there's a bunch of us singing so no big deal. While you wait for a room they have darts a dance floor with disco lights and a Dj. Fun spot and not bad prices if you get a group! 7 of us paid about $12pp for a small room for two hours!

It was a random and fantastic idea to go to Tampa Karaoke for a friend's birthday celebration recently! Our group of 7 had a wonderful time and the birthday boy sang his heart out!It was a weekday evening, the karaoke rooms have amp availability and (per hour) happy hour special pricing. The first room's microphone and system didn't work quite well. The host, Jay, quickly assisted and setup another room for us so we can start selecting song. He went through instructions and guidelines and explained the kitchen is closed but we can still order from the drink menu. He was a one man show to hold down the fort: bar, dance floor, and karaoke rooms. The song selections are in multiple languages and various genre, we enjoyed and had so fun to extended our stay to three hours. We will return for another celebration soon!

i have come here for years. i love singing my heart out in the private karaoke room (2 mics provided) and they have youtube so i can search any karaoke song i want. my brother is a dj and performs here sometimes and its always a good time in the main front room esp if u like edm music!

Unjust gratuity charged on my bill. No prior notice was given and it was not stated on the website. No service was provided, since we did not order any food or drinks, so I'm not sure what the gratuity was for. Tips are by nature voluntary and an add-on for good service. Automatic tipping is not enforceable. In addition, we only had a party of five people, which is not considered a large group. The base price was $30/hour on Sunday. We were charged $62.40 before tax. They changed the price when I questioned, but it was for some unexplained fee???I emailed them about this and they ignored it. I'm pretty sure they blocked my number when I tried to call during business hours.
