Tampa Boat and Jet Ski Rentals

Affordable spot to go jet skiing in Tampa. It would have been nicer if the customer service was a bit more patient. When I arrived, it was right after a heated argument between customer service and a customer. None of my business but the way the employees talked about it after was not very professional.I am not good at jet skiing at all. Eventually the whole group was ahead of me and to the point that I could not where they were in the open water. It was only until I was finally reaching them that I see the instructor come back for me. That was pretty annoying.Take the boating safety course at home before you come. It's not a test you can pass with just common sense and it takes too long. Spent about 45 minutes trying to pass the test.

Rented a pontoon boat. The boat and day was amazing. The service was above and beyond with the owner coming out to help captain and show me the channels for a future outing. I'm a so thankful for this and look forward to becoming a regular customer.

I call a week ahead to rent a boat for my husband birthday the lady was pleasant and guide me thru the process to rent a boat and get a license and want me to text her the paper work witch I did however she supposed to call me the next day but she never did so I decided to text again to show my frustration of her rude and unprofessional service and she finally call saying that she forgot and it was "NOT A BIG DEAL" needless to say I was done at that point. after that she apologize but the damage was already done so we went to a different company.

I had such a blast! We made the mistake of deciding to jet ski on Fathers Day(rookies lol) and were met with a few large groups in front of us, but the staff was very nice and even allowed us to take our desired 30 minute ride (not a usual option for weekends) for being patient and waiting! This was my first time skiing and an hour was just wayyyy more than I wanted to do for my first time Very happy about that accommodation; especially on such a busy day for them! The jet ski was very nice and comfy! The experience was easy and full of fun! I was under 32 years of age so I needed to take a quick paper exam while we waited, which was open book and allowed me to gain a boating license for an entire year so that was a plus! We also ate lunch at the Westin and chilled at the hotels private beach area until we were up! It was a great day for me and my friend!

Awesome service and instruction! The jet skis were perfect! Andrea and her team are very professional and truly want to make sure you have fun!

If I could give this a zero I would !! Some old dude was out guild and he got us stuck on a mushy sand bar we was stranded or about an hour and a half he was going so fast when we get the sandbar I hit him obviously he didn't know the waters we got stuck he made us try to take the damn JetSki's out I got all bruised up it was not fun at all like we can sign up to dig out Jetske's that was ridiculous obviously he didn't know the waters I hope he doesn't tour anyone else this is horrible the scariest part was we hadTo ride our Jetske's in the dark

Fantastic boat rentals here. The crew is great and have info on fishing and local boating rules. My boss came into town. He is an advid fishermen. I rented us a boat a was delighted to see the beautiful location behind the Westin Hotel. There is a great beach there!We walked up and were greeted with big smiles. Within a few minutes the paperwork was done and we were given a quick training on the vessleGreat rates and a great experience!

These guys were awesome! Very friendly, helpful and thorough. My family and I rented three jet skis for an hour and it was a blast. I was never worried..... only about sharks if I fell in. They guided us out to the open waters and back in when the time was up. Free to go and have fun, as long as the rules were followed, which were gone over before riding. I can't wait to go back and do it again. We were so please with how friendly and safe we felt, we rented about for the next day with them. I went on Sunday, July 7 with a friend, and we had a bad experience, we rented a jet ski and it took us a long time to ride, when we made it, a blond boy apparently American we don't know, he gave us the instructions on how to use the motorcycles and the rules so far it was going well, then we went out and it didn't take off from next to us we couldn't enjoy our trip, it's good that they tell you what to do but not be on top of the customers, I personally felt harassed, I don't recommend this place

I wanted to do some fishing so we went over to this rental business to take a boat out on the bay. The guys and gal there were very helpful with info about boating regulations and some good fishing holesI looked around and their rates are very competitive if not the best A little hard to find.
