I highly recommend Tampa Bay Chef Services. I purchased the services over two years ago but never used it due to Covid.Despite the lapse in time, Chef Christian (owner) honored the purchase. We had Chef Roberto and opted for the Salt Crusted Fish, which ended up being Red Snapper, Caesar Salad, and Gnocchi with homemade San Marzano Tomato Sauce ( absolutely amazing and the best gnocchi ever). The menu options were very expansive.I highly recommend Tampa Bay Chef for all your needs. Check them out!!!

Tampa Bay Personal Chef Services (Chef Cristian) sent Gabriel for our "hands on" experience last night. (5/10/19). He was fantastic from the get-go. This was a birthday gift for my aspiring chef son so he was involved in the whole process. Gabriel was very patient and low key. (No pressure for perfection) this was the most important part of this evening. The great food was icing on the cake!!! We both learned so much- how to butterfly chicken breasts (albeit need lots more practice), make a Caesar dressing, and. Chicken Carbonara. Also learned the importance of the ingredients- type of oil to use, fresh pasta, etc. Wish I had done this years ago for my sons (and me)!!!

Chef was spot on with his Sushi... He was the perfect blend, for a special surprise 60th birthday dinner. He was professional yet comfortable as family. I can not wait to use him again and again oh yeah and again

Did not use this service due to very poor first impression of how my inquiry was handled. I called to inquire about how the home weekly meal service worked and if they could customize to specific diet/health needs, etc. He did not come across as friendly or welcoming. I felt as if I was bothering him. I had to try and pull answers out of him. I realized I would never want someone like that in our home cooking or to work with someone in general in this capacity that was this unprofessional so I simply said, "I don't think this is going to work out" and he said "OK" and then he hung up. I guess he doesn't need new business or referrals. He just lost a potentially very good customer (and referrals). There are too many other options - no need to work with people like this. I would never recommend based on this initial experience.

Wow! Chef Cristian joined us and our adult children for our 30th Wedding Anniversary celebration. We had gone to New Orleans for cooking school for our 12th anniversary and this surpassed that awesome experience. Cristian brought everything and turned our kitchen into gourmet central. We had a lovely time helping him prepare our dinner and learned lots of great tips and tricks while cranking out DELICIOUS sweet potato fries with tahini sauce, butternut squash soup and paella. He even accommodated our vegan and gluten free family members. Highly recommend!

We hired Chef Christian for a party. Not only was the food delicious but he was extremely pleasant. He even was amazing with the kids we had. Probably the best steak I had. 5 stars, I'd definitely hire him again

I hired Chef Christian to teach a class for my boyfriend and me as a birthday present. I am not a fan of cooing and he thinks he's a chef in a past life. It was the perfect gift! Chef Christian was completely amazing - some great recipes and techniques. He answered all of our questions from the most basic (how do you pick a good knife) to more complicated ones. He had advice on proper cutting techniques, flavor ideas, etc. It was a great night and he made me look like a fantastic girlfriend! I am actually trying to figure out the next "holiday" to get him back in my kitchen!
