Tampa Bay Farmers Market

I've been twice now and had several phone conversations with them because they are aa good ways away from me, I wanted to make sure they had what I was looking for before making the trek, and always are they very nice and helpful.And for a local business, this is what you want and this is what you should expect, and this is what you get! So I have no problem taking the extra time and gas going there, especially when they have things that many other places do not.They have produce, plants and a little room with products from the larger Bay Area...along with some other seasonal fun items you can decorate with, etc... And even some gift items.This time, in addition to my pink pineapples....I also purchased the Farmhouse brand guava jelly (as a gift) and am excited to present it along with the pineapple and a bottle of rosé. Fun little gift idea and they had all the goods.The parking would be the only thing I don't like, each time I've gone, I'm not sure I'm in the way of someone else trying to get in and maneuver around because the paved area isn't so paved and lots of large holes and it's on a corner so part of the time I feel like I'm on part of a sidewalk, but I don't really know...it's not marked.But that's ok. I tend to go when it's not so busy and haven't had any issue yet. I really like this place mainly because of the people!

Finally, some great and authentic tomatoes!Vidalia Onions, melons and local jams.Perfect

Medium sized produce stand near to Lowry Park.I came here with my kids to buy Halloween pumpkins. They had a decent selection of very symmetrical and attractive pumpkins. Their prices were higher than I've seen at grocery stores but less than at the fall festivals and church fundraiser pumpkin patches. My husband carved the largest pumpkin, and he said that it was the easiest job he's ever had because the insides were so easy to remove, and I can confirm that the seeds were not as slimy and stringy. These were good quality pumpkins that are probably food-grade rather than bred to be carved and thrown out.As I was there with the kids but not the husband, an employee kindly followed me with a grocery cart and loaded the heavy pumpkins for me.We didn't shop for plants or other produce, but I can comment that everything was presented nicely, and the pomegranates were less expensive than most chain grocery stores. There are only a few parking spaces in the private lot, but this place wasn't crowded, so it was perfectly fine.

Just moved to the neighborhood, the friendliest people, they have a little bit of everything which I absolutely love. Just super warm and inviting, 10 out of 10 will go back

I pass Tampa Bay Farmers Market on my way to work each morning. The posted hours are week days from 8:00-6:00pm. We have sat in my car on several occasions waiting for them to open well past 8:00am. I may rate them higher if they ever actually open to the public.

Big disappointment. Looking at the photos on the internet, I expected a large market. It is not a big market. They have basic vegetables and fruits, some plants and a lot of fire wood. The vegetables and fruit look fresh and are nicely displayed. But every supermarket has the same or more. If you live close by, this is an OK place for shopping. But it is not worth a special visit for someone who lives further away.

We make a point to buy our Christmas tree here every year. Normally we have a great time visiting with the elder gentleman who works the trees with a young assistant. He helps us to get exactly what we want. Doesn't take long, he helps us to load in our jeep without any breakage. we shop for what looks good, pay and drive back to Clearwater. This year, the owner treated us to a show of berating her staff and then implying we were going to drive off without paying. We didn't bother to shop. we left stunned at her treatment of a man who is working long past he should be. He is the reason we make the trip. Madam owner, you should be ashamed. insulting staff and customers is not good business.

This is such a nice market with all the fruits and veggies needed. We also buy are Christmas trees and Pumpkins here yearly!

It is a small farmers market in town. I wanted fresh green beans. They were limited on what they had in vegetables. I bought the green beans because I was craving a fresh pot. But supply was limited and selection of other vegetables not large. I thought the price was a little high, especially for produce quality.
