For a Golf Range it's one of the better ones in the area. They have the usual chipping and putting area and a shaded spot for getting your swing on. Its a well kept facility. The bucket balls are comparable to just about any other Golf Range. You pay inside, the'll give you tokens in return to get your golf balls from the machine right outside. The range is spacious enough to where you shouldn't have a hard time picking a good spot to hit from. It is well lit, though I would like it if they'd stayed open a bit later, even an extra hour of so.They also offer private lessons, which are decent. You just set up a time that works for you and get pointers on your swing. There's no real agenda, meaning you only get pointers on how to properly hit the ball. Not a bad deal but I did have higher expectations. These lessons may be more beneficial for intermediate golfers. Amateur Golfers will benefit more from a six week Group course.

The staff at the bar upstairs is amazing. They are always friendly and to anything and everything needed to make ensure a good experience. They are also very fast! The restaurant offers plenty of options and everything we've tried over the last few weeks has been very good. Sitting in the grandstand under the awning, in the shade, makes for a very pleasant day at the track.

This is a review of the golf range. The golf range is well maintained and a great place to practice your swings. They open early:Pro Shop: 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m. daily (Last bucket sold at 9 p.m., 40 balls)Range: 8:30 a.m.-9:45 p.m. daily. Short Game Area: 8:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. daily (lights out at 9:45 p.m.)Range ball prices (includes 7 percent sales tax): PONY (40 balls), $5.50; QUARTERHORSE (80 balls), $8.50; THOROUGHBRED (120 balls), $11.50During the summer, my boyfriend likes to purchase a set amount ahead of time through their clubhouse because they'll gift additional credits onto your golf card. With a minimum purchase of $50, they'll add $100 worth to every $50 (basically a ratio of 1:2). I think that's great value! There is a private parking lot that is free. The grass is mostly well kept but sometimes it's more scuffed up than normal but I find it's easy to find a spot that's not too banged up.They have three separate areas to work on chipping, pitching and putting. I think it's a nice touch when you want to work on your short game. They also have private instructors on site so I have seen many people take lessons. My boyfriend has been looking to take some classes because the instructor seems involved even donning a camera on his neck during his session!

The employee we encountered was rude from the moment we entered the shop. We said we'd like to get a bucket of balls and he smugly pointed us to the counter, saying nothing. Due to poor sign placement, I hit some balls from a "special" or "reserved" double lane which later I was very rudely spoken to about. I would never admit to be the classiest of people but to speak to me so was very inappropriate. Good thing I'm from out of town and won't be coming back or recommending. Yes this is probably personal and specific to this one person but that's all it takes to lose customers.

I took a lesson here recently and was extremely disappointed. When the pro came out to start the lesson he asked what I wanted to work on and I told him my driver and sand game needed work. But he basically ignored my needs and immediately jumped into a cookie cutter mode. He went over standard swing basics, telling me WHAT I was doing wrong but provided very little insight on HOW to fix it: no swing thoughts, no drills, nothing that I could not get out of a beginner golf book. But it gets worse. While reviewing the tape of my swing, an employee interrupted us to get the pro to help settle a problem with a retail customer, interrupting my paid for lesson with no apology and no extension of the time of the lesson. At the end of the 45 minute lesson, he basically said good luck and walked off with no mention of the fact that we never got to the sand trap problem I told him about. This confirmed to me that he never listened up front when I explained what I wanted out of the lesson. Go to Amazon and get a "golf basics for beginners" book, it will be cheaper and just as good.
